looks the same as the Rohm in my bathroom cupboard of dreams i dont think ive opened mine so cant comment on if mine is fake also TBH i tend to use another lab

Just wanna add a question in here as I’m also lean bulking so this is of interest. Re it being a slow progress and taking your time how does one manage that when on cycle and perhaps only a 12-16 week window for the best bulking result does the approach change

Is there a risk of putting a lot of fat on constantly jumping up im desperate not to end up in the same boat ive been in the past where the bulks have ended up very messy and ive gained 25lbs of fat

You will probably need to up food again after the first week at this point
So i do a week at 3700 then up it again ? 3900 ?

Also… 15K steps… unless for your job… why?? That’s high
I have a pretty active life mate , i have a few dogs that are high maintenance from an exercise POV plus i am operations manager at a large production warehouse so im always on my feet.

This is why you didn’t gain weight , your metabolism has increased post diet , 3700 should do it and get you going
Thanks so much for the advice , ill stick at 3700 track for two weeks and report back if thats ok ?

Ignore your fit bit, use it to track steps only
Try not to over or under eat
Raise your calories by 300 and stay consistent daily ?
excellent 3700 it is ! i have been starving constantly so this will help i have to really fight at night against the feeling of hunger
-
Also why are your calories fluctuating like that day to day?
Ive been really hungry in the evening and had an additional snack , do i need to keep it totally dead on ? the day where it was really low i was super busy with work and missed a meal.
I totally get what your saying tho re its only been a week i just wanted to check there isnt anything i can do to sharpen it up better. I think id rather go another week at same cals before bumping to give it a bit more time.
one thing of note i thought i might ask is my fitbit burned calories are always in the 3750-3900 range , ive always thought this was bullshit but could it be more representative than im giving it credit for ?
