How big can I expect to get?No point in stressing about natural potential as I truly believe not a single person who has lived has reached it. Even the top natural pros can still improve and do. It’s the wrong way to look at it just enjoy ur journey

Think like anything it comes down to a needs analysis. Where you are and what your goals are, do you need a £400 coach, can you afford one? If yes take the plunge. I mean seems a lot for me but that’s individual. Like Luba said you need to chat to them and clients and see if you click. Nowadays I don’t think there are many secret protocols so you can probs get a good gauge on how a coach works

What would you change in this diet to make it easier to consume?Hi mate, not nearly as educated as the coaches and sponsors on here but I thought I would drop my 2 cents here as from new year to date my food has risen more than 3000 cals pd so have a bit of experience. First thing I would say is the most important things here are going to be meal timings, routine and digestion. I’ve got quite severe digestive issues atm due to previous factors so this is something I am quite experienced in personally. Honestly looking at your food I would say I know everyone’s different but if your having severe issues on this amount I would questioned the aformentioned factors as it is not alot of food.
You mentioned m1 is particularly tough, are you eating right before bed or literally as soon as you wake up? as you need to allow your body to relax and if your eating 10 mins before bed and 10 minutes after wake that previous meal is not gonna be digested that well.
What fat percentage is your beef mince as I’m not seeing that many direct fat sources which although alot of people say slow digestion but they are necessary for hormonal health and digestion. With your current setup I think a really nice addition would be some coconut oil or mac oil which is highly digestible. Could cook your eggs in it m1 for example.
Also I would sack off that m3 as it doesnt have a direct protein source and just means you will be giving your body less time to digest between meals. Disperse those throughout other meals. and that m5 could lit be eaten in a couple of minutes
Also I would add a COR meal with whey or yoghurt as a protein source to switch up on the palate and replace one of those beef meals as that can be hard to digest
If any of the more experienced coaches disagree with this advice please correct me but hopefully this is helpful. But i cant stress enough the 3 main factors above. I would suggest if your struggling with this amount one of those is out of line.

Yeah cheers Louis that makes sense. See alot of people getting there 4-6L in with it all having some sort of colour or flavour 😂. But I guess if digestion holds fine no issue
