DR dean, would you say that proviron isn’t potent enough to rectify mobility issues? I use prov throughout cycles & was wondering if this is effective enough along with clomid on a cruise? I will do a little reading on this anti oxidant

I would say from reading older posts on other forums that implementing 250iu once or twice a week throughly cycles can prevent atrophy. It might not be the case but I do like the idea that it may keep the boys ‘awake’ so to speak so that recovery may be less difficult.
There are many conflicting opinions as one might say “why use HCG to signal back on when exogenous testosterone turns back off?”
As a final say I would just remember the basics… always have time off!

You may want to avoid glute stretching, the muscles that are your hip flexors and lower back (erectors) they are the ones to stretch. The glutes abs and hamstrings are the ones you want to tighten and strengthen. Barbell hip thrusts… wide stances heavy squats! And work that core! Get the lower abs firing.

I am no doctor nor a medical student but here is my experience and input.
I have 2 bulged discs, originated from improper form and ego lifting with deadlifts. I seen a sports physio and also a chiropractor. It’s been shown to me I have APT (anterior pelvic tilt) which is the most popular reason for bulged discs, my bum and stomach stick out making me look odd with a large gut, this is normally from weak hamstring+glutes and also poor abdominal muscles! You should focus on stretching your hip flexors and work on strengthening your glutes as well as abdominal work.
Google/YouTube apt and this should educate you enough to perform exercises to help you get your posture corrected and strengthen that lower back.Ps this is my first ever post please excuse long winded reply and layout.
