Nothing much you can do. Trens effects neurologically aren’t very well studied; but we know harsh androgens like tren are known to cause changes in a persons amygdala (the part of the brain that processes emotions). So it’s best to use something like tren for short periods like dieting and then take it out completely in the off season.

    Hey Jordan,

How do you combat CNS fatigue? Has it gotten better since you’ve moved away from the direct progressive overload approach, and focusing more on “working” the muscle in conjunction with progressive overload.

Also, and this is a question that I think you guys should cover on Muscle Minds when you have a chance.

    – Do you think you have Good Genetics? You are indefinitely one of the largest bodybuilders for your height in the world right now (also one of the strongest); nobody dedicates themselves the way you do to this endeavor (from diet, to training, to recovery, to being a student of this, and constantly learning). It’s an interesting thing to question, because with everything dialed in the way you have, every person on this planet would get exponentially larger for their own genetic makeup.

    Best,

    Hassan.

    Hey James,

Saw you on the Ronline report. Loved the interview.

If you can go back, and do anything differently? (training wise, drug wise, nutrition wise); What would you do differently?

    Thanks for answering these questions.

    P.S- Nickelback sucks…jk

  • I guess you can’t really find your limits until you overdo it. Thanks Corinne!

  • I used to listen religiously until Taylor’s passing (RIP). I thought they ended the podcast after that?

  • Yes, My apologies for that error.Yes, Rotating through 3 different exercises for each muscle group (2 for back); Just like a classic 3 day DC Split. For wide grip reverse smith press; Do you feel your triceps working through the set? I’ve stuck to the old principle of using the compound exercises where you can add the most amount weight/make progression, but reverse smith press always felt a little too engaging of the chest for me to add to the arsenal.

    Thanks a ton Jordan.
