No i personally dont think so at all – Adding GH in would be a good move but GH is not worth while as an actual direct fat loss tool IMO at all – it just helps improve the efficiency of other things going on

    Thank you

They bring more fat loss but I probably wouldn’t be using those at this stage as you can’t stay on them. Bring things in you can stay on . Reta and mots you can , if need More energy again add meth blue

    Ok thank you

Amazing work well done . 1mg on wake 1mg early afternoon feels absolutely unreal. If can add 10mg meth blue on wake too , that combo is just the cleanest energy I have ever felt

Thanks JP n I’ll give them a try. Can I ask. I started at around 155kg and I’m sitting somewhere about 143kg atm. Obviously I’ve a lot more to go. Should I keep going till I’m pretty much fat free or it there downsides to staying in a defect for too long. Thanks

If what you have is real it doesn’t matter at all. So I would send yours off for testing if you want that re assurance , that test will cost you £250 . So then you have spent £325 👍

    Thank you

The pen I have atm didn’t come with a test report but it has worked and I’ve dropped just over 9kg in the last 3 weeks. However the pen I was looking to buy next has a test report from analiza bialek showing it’s spot on. Shall I trust this testing company

Thank you for the reply I’ll have a look. Can I ask. Is it worth it price wise as I paid 140 for a 20mg pen. But it says 20mg/3ml so how does that compare to a 10ml vial in terms of how many 2mg doses I’d get out of it for example

    Hey bud

First do you know how to calculate macros (? Have you used any tracking apps ?

Are you weighing your food ?

Hi kuba. I have weighed food and tracked calories before and it did work I just felt like shit. My old coach had me on 2000 cals a day. Using the calculators n formulas I’ve seen online I’ve worked out an average of 2500 cals. 250g protien. 218g carbs and 69g fats. I just wasn’t sure if this seemed reasonable and figured everyone on here such as yourself would have a better idea

I really don’t think 3600 is far off for your weight as a starting point.

If it was me I would go in at 3000kcal

    Macros – 40p 40c 20f

    Split over 5-6 meals

    Some morning cardio

    Steps 10k

Track and assess as you go

    Thank you

    Hi Tom

Sounds like you’re well lined up mate and doing a good job of getting stuck into it.

Stay consistent now, keep working really hard, and enjoy the progression!

    Thanks rich

    Hey Thomas,

You need to be consistent with your training to see the best results. A full body split would work fine and then you could progress to an upper lower one.

Progressive overload comes from following the same plan, if you are forever changing your sessions it’s hard to track it.

As you get deeper into a deficit you will find strength dips and that’s normal but try your best to keep your numbers the same for as long as possible this is why log booking is key.

    Thank you
