trt is hormone replacement therapy you don’t do trt for 6-8 weeks that’s a life long commitment.

doing “trt” for 6-8 weeks is just going on a cycle and shutting yourself down for no reason aswell.

if your 30-35% body fat you just have to cut until ur at a low enough body fat percentage to even consider using trt.

also most of your “low T” symptoms could be due to high body fat if you get to 15% body fat and still experience these sypmtons then you could consider it:

but jumping on trt when you are high body fat is pointless

all of this is my opinion btw^ there’s more qualified people to talk about this on here but this is what i believe

If you enjoy the steps and cardio and feel the benefits, without any disruption to your training, then keep some in. I would, however, stick to the 30 mins cardio and consider dropping some of your step count. Just so that you have somewhere to go when you next come to cut.

will for sure keep my cardio at 30 minutes and for steps i will definitely need to limit them at some point as like you stated when i’m gonna be prepping there’s only so much more expenditure you can do when ur already doing so much.

    thanks for the reply 👍

So long as your recovery is great, you’re progressing in the gym, and your physique is changing for the better then keep your cardio/steps in. If you’ve got a routine that you enjoy that allows for your steps to be high, as well as keeping in cardio for numerous health and CV benefits then keep going with it. Yes you’ll have to eat more, but if you’re okay with that then great!

yeah will definitely be keeping a close eye on progress

Hi, i just ordered off them on Monday and looking like it will come at some point late next week.

i’m running it when i start my off season at the end of this month but it’s just generic GH so obviously gonna be nowhere near as good a Pharma GH but as far as generic GH it will most likely just be the same as u would get from UK UGL’s just without the marked up price.

all payments went smooth and got tracking info after 3 days

i’m not one of the big dogs by any means but i think the main point jp and others try to put across on here is that there may be a more “optimal” way of training for specific people down to level of muscular advancement etc but the main focus is just what will be the most happiest/ comfortable doing will be the best thing in the long run.

also 45 minutes for a upper or lower session is quite a short time. how many excercise/sets do you do and what is your rest periods between sets?
