I prefer to weigh my foods cooked because it is easier, as said above. The only problem is that most apps and nutritional values are always uncooked weight. So converting the nutrient content to cooked is always a bit sketchy. Eg. 200g uncooked sweet potato when cooked will vary in weight. Same with meat.

DrDean, would you say that 20ml is roughly 2 Tbsp?

Generally look for one that has a higher EPA/DHA content. You can’t go wrong with Nordic fish oil.

Kuba, do you weigh yourself daily? What sort of increase are you looking for in weight in the rebound phase and off season? What’s s good target to have for a productive bulk?
Loving the content bro! We need to see Kuba in the kitchen more.H.

I like the sound of that Stephen. I much prefer to have a meal/carbs. macros allowing. Oats wouldn’t be a bad thing before bed then?

The only problem is I’m
Going to have to tighten up diet on the weekend. Generally much looser with the diet on weekends. I’ll have a takeaway and few sugary treats.H.

If that’s correct?

It looks like I’ll have to go from
2700 – 3700 as I’m using up roughly 500 calories from weight training and another 500 from cardio/10000+ steps per dayH.

My experience with it is appetite shooting through the roof. I’m usually disciplined with diet but this stuff makes me raid the cupboards like a crackhead looking for his fix. A couple of hrs before bed dosing works a treat for sleep. Excellent sleeping benefits. Nice muscle fullness but the lethargy and bloat is too uncomfortable. Thats with a good diet. Dragging my ass to the gym with little energy. This is with 10mg. Maybe 2 weeks on/1 week off may help?
