    I would stick with FB 3 x a week TBH if your more than likely not going to get 4 sessions in.

    I would look to make sure your negatives are very very controlled and your form is perfect. This should help with making movements more difficult and needing to use less weight so allowing more progression if you are stacking most machines

    Hi mate

    Do you think your gym will allow gympins?

    If so, I’d probably carry on with the full body as it’s clearly working well for your progression. The gympins will allow you to continue that performance gain.

    good call, never tried gym pins before but that could actually solve it. no restrictions at my gym, so I just ordered one. Might be exactly what I need to keep pushing without switching gyms or splits
