yes I know alot of people this happens to. normally the first thing I ask them is if they are taking a liver support. more of the time when ur appetite leaves is because ur Liver enzyme are raised. tren is known to do that. if u are taking a liver support (no milk thistle, u need tudca or nac). the next thing I can suggest is gut health ( if ur getting bloated that tells me that ur digestion isn’t up to par) so a Probiotic and digestive enzyme, all so look at Jordan’s video on gut health (great info) fasted cardio helps and if that isn’t working I’ll have my guys do a 24hr fast. hopefully some of this helps

the body grows in spurs. it’s never a consistent growth. i would suggest running ur cycle until you hit a standstill in growth at 400mg, once that happens and u start to see that the extra calories u are putting in are turning to fat either bump up ur test to 600mg or get off. to me that means ur window of growth has closed until u prime ur body again for a new growth window. Google how to prime ur body for a cycle. very good method. hope this helps.

I agree with dr.dean. find out what’s the problem. are you taking any orals? or even tren? they normal will do that to u. if appetite is low I like to do 30mins fasted walk to start my day. it helps get things moving. are u going to the bathroom regularly? do you have enough veggies in ur diet. now saying all of that if ur really pushing the calories such as 5k+ a day it’s a up hill battle from there. start to implement some fasted cardio or even some post cardio to get things moving a little more. look into ghrp-6 or even adding in some eq. but before doing any of that figure out the issue. good luck bro. keep us posted

T3 last 24-hours so the way I look at it, it’s like a Rollercoaster when u take the dosage in the AM it’s climbing and later on in the day it starts to taper down. so I always felt better doing split dosage

cut for a show? if so it’s not the clen it’s likely ur over trained and over dieted, if not do you take ur clen right when u wake up? I’ve ran clen many times before and currently on 80mcg right now and just woke up from a 10hr sleep lol. you can look at some Supps like knock the fuck out by 5% that stuff is legit.

would some hgh help ? or even some ghrp 2 and Cjc-1295 help? I want this to bound back as fast as possible. should I split my meals up so I eat every 1-2hrs?

great to hear that I’m on the right track. abs are the last thing I want to do after I’m stumbling around after legs haha that’s why it’s only 3 sets and nothing impressive.
i have noticed from the last 6 weeks I have been doing this program my weights increase every week which I’m going to assume is normal. no new gear (trt cruise) or food and training time is normal 2pm-4:30ish. so I know this program is some what decent but I guess I just want to make sure I can get everything out of it that’s why I posted it.
I’ve also noticed some times I will over shoot weight that I can’t touch the next time but I can hit it 2 weeks later lol. I’m going to assume that after I over shoot on a exercise I’ve hit my CNS hard so it needs a couple of weeks to recover. that’s just an assumption.
