    0.7-1 pound a week? What is your reasoning behind going so slow jordan? I was always under the impression that 0.5-1% of your BW is slow enough for a natural lifter

    Quick question, why not just change the exc up between the diff sessions in order to save the time and Get the benefit of both exc?

    Hey JP, is there any reasoning behind the lower amount of carbs pre training and higher amount of fat post? i always thought a larger amount of carbs pre and less fat post would be more optimal.

    Hey guys i wanted to update you guys after having tried the suggestions and my stomach ache/acid reflux is totally gone, it was the mealprep after all and within 2 days of stopping that my stomach came back fully. i can still eat al the foods i was eating before, even the 230g raw weight rice pre-workout ๐Ÿ™‚ as it just digest perfectly for me. so thank you guys all for the help as it has made the ‘process’ a lot less stressfull.

    so in conclusion (more for myself in order to not forget anything haha) i will stop my mealprep or at for the first week and after that will see if i can cook for 2 days ahead instead of 5. i will also change my pre workout meal to COR or take some of the carbs out the rice and readd them in, in the form of bagels/rice cakes. will probably also add in pineapple around the workout window but after having tried the first 2 options. thank you all for the extensive and in depth replies. i will keep you guys updates about the situation ๐Ÿ™‚

    Goooood I just realized ๐Ÿ˜‚ 230gr raw rice Pre wo!

    Maybe try to put the tbjp cor before the workout too instead of chicken rice, it is a loooooot of food to go workout with intensity and personnaly i would vomit, I use cor isolate jam almond butter and half a bagel before workout, fast digest food

    Haha yeah i could imagine that but for me it tends to work just fine in my last push up phase i ate 250G pre workout and i did not have real stomach problems although as the total amount of food crept i did start having some. so i might try some more easily digestible food[/quote]

    Sometimes with time, our body reactions change, I had literally no problems with whole oats and broccoli in the past for 5 years, then from nowhere I was not digesting them anymore.
    Now Oats are perfectly fine but Broccoli itโ€™s still impossible even 3 years after.
    So yes, do this.
    Stop prepping your meals too much in advance, and prefer a fast digestive food before workout, yes cor, honey, jam, bagel, caramel tice cakes, itโ€™s making the job.
    Also yes as my friends say, try digest pro of tbjp

    yeah that is of course true but i want to know why that happens but that might be a question i will never get the answer to haha. i just think that there is a reason for everything and that finding that reason will give some value. so strange how the human body works

    Are you currently taking TBJP digest pro at the moment?

    Potentially itโ€™s time you reduce your starchy cabs a little and add in some sugars / easily digestible quick carbs. Potentially lower the rice intake and add in caramel rice cakes etc.

    Also try adding some pineapple around the training window with your larger meals as it is great for digestion.

    no im currently not taking digest pro but that also not the type of solution im looking for right now. i know it will do wonders but i want to tackle the problem at the source in order to understand my body better keep a tool like digest pro for when food becomes really high. i will try the pineapple as that sounds like a good idea.

    Are you eating meals 2/3 cold or warm โ€“ it sounds like the fact your prepping them in advance to me is the issue and it may be the starch occurring while kept cool that is causing the issue

    So my first move would be to go back to making these the day before and see if this rectifies the issue.

    If not I would look to add in TBJP digest pro with first and last meal or if not amiable 250mg betain HCL with 2-3 meals per day

    yes i eat meals 2 and 3 cold, couple hours after i take them out of the fridge most of the time

    no i don’t get it after a particular meal its after most i quess. i also thought that it could be a bug maybe

    Thanks you guys for all the replies, my first step will be to stop the mealprep and see if i that betters my situation. i cook for 5 days and keep 3 days worth in the fridge and the rest in the freezer but maybe the food doens’t stay good or as hilly said my stomach doens’t tolerate the starch. i might lower the carbs in my pre aswell even though in the past it never bothered me, but first lets see what not prepping the meals does. i will update you guys to see if it works and if doens’t for further advice.

    I think this looks like a good set up, so next step is to get going and see how you feel, perform and how your body responds. Track your scale weight, look, performance, appetite, digestion, sleep and adjust if and when needed to see a slow, steady gain.
