What you also need to mindful of is your hunger will be high post cut. So you have to be patient with when you up your calories. Eat enough calories to see weight trend up but don’t add calories unnecessarily because you are hungry, as you are bound to be hungry for the first weeks of this push up. Keep us posted how you go

I understand you have an intention to up calories by 200-300/wk, but that needs to be reactive to what your body is doing (as Hilly says, from a performance perspective, on the scale, and in the mirror)
Have a plan, but don’t doggedly stick to it if the feedback is suggesting you should be making a shift.
Yes is agree the 200-300 the week after is more of a estimation based on data from my last push up. If it isnt necessary i wont do it

Thanks guys will defo go to a physio and restart my leg training with very good control on all my movements + the foam rolling. Your advice is always very apreciated 🙂

My digestion also hasnt been great as i have very soft poop and and I am very gassy, just trying to give as much information as possible
