Thankyou for the replies, currently i am eating about4200 calories day and making sure to atleast get in 10000 steps a day. This can differ as sometimes i work longer hours and in turn walk more steps. I am running a upper lower splitt 4 days week and thinking about adding in a cardio/mobility day. I am currently maintaining my wheight, but i am thinking about adding in 100 cal as i am starting to feel flat and training is ramping up
