Decent session today. Delts and arms. Feeling better with pushing since changing a few exercises and also dropping the weight slightly. Hoping that I can start progressing again as a result of building strength with better control and feel.

Celebrated burns night tonight with the family. Always good to follow traditions.

Yeah I’d say you can. Just be mindful of recovery as capabilities will be different for those ‘assisted’. So volume, training frequency, training split etc will vary.

As Clare says, join-in and cure-coming from JP range are bang on and should be a staple. But on top id try BPC-157 for say a 20 day course. It helped my bicep tendon issue straight away.

Pull and hams this morning. Decent session and weight up on all lifts. Made an error on the deadlift though. Was meant to be just regular dead with a 3 second eccentric however I got confused with my other deadlift variation and did it as an eccentric deficit deadlift. Wondered why it felt so heavy lol. Early morning brain.

Check in too. Weight down from 243.4 to 230.6. Had a lot of stress this last week plus missed a meal so all of that has meant weight dropped. The stress is easing now and appetite should then improve so food will go down better.

Yeah really normal. Just enjoy food again. 8 cookies a night may not be ideal though lol. Give yourself an off plan meal at the weekend and that should help control the binging because you’re saying essentially it’s part of the plan to have something that’s not chicken and rice.

Hi Tim. Hope ur well. basically I was cutting since June 2019 up until beginning of this week. I’ve basically started a cruise phase for 6-8 week on 250mg test e a week only. I got in great shape but wasn’t happy with my weight crashing down and felt really flat and stringy as I’m 6ft 4 and felt my weight crashed too much despite refeeds ect. So my plan is to complete this year instead. But wat my plan is basically is to used this cruise period of 6-8 week to get my weight back up abit and fill back out before starting a blast and a cut again after this cruise has finished in 6-8 week if that makes sence to u???[/quote]
Yeah definitely mate, makes perfect sense. Just enjoy eating foods you like. Try having an element of some meals that are like a treat. For instance I have Rice Krispie bars as part of one of my meals so it feels like a treat. As long as it’s not a trigger food you’ll be fine. Also by sticking to your normal meals as you gradually increase the calories you’ll not have the cravings and binges as you’ll be full enough.

I use RHOM products currently and they’re sound. Not using primo but I’m sure it’ll be good if the others are. I guess we never know unless we get it tested ourselves.

Rest day. New chapter in my Mortgage work life. Teamed up with a couple of former colleagues so will be looking to help grow the business. New opportunity, it has its risks but it has plenty of rewards so the risk is worth taking.

Pull and hams tomorrow morning. Plus check in day too.

Decent chest and arms session today. Been struggling with pressing but I’ve found by changing a few machines and moving some exercises from barbell or dumbbell to machines it’s helped. Feeling the muscle being worked rather than pain elsewhere. Do what works for you. All lifts progressed and most importantly feeling pain free when pressing.

Big change today business wise too. Sometimes you have to follow your gut instinct. Don’t be a sheep and follow the crowd.

Talk to your GP. I wouldn’t advise on doing anything whilst being treated medically. See what the side effects of an increase would be on the pituitary issue.

Trained legs and back today. Good session. All lifts progressed. Lesson from today’s session – do what works for you. Fuck what these clowns say who preach their way is the only way. We all respond differently and all built differently. Use leg press for example – people will tell you that you HAVE to be bringing your knee almost behind your head in some instances. Fuck that. If flexibility or way you’re built allows you to whilst working the muscle the whole time and causes no injury then great. But most will experience discomfort , injury and lack of connection. Work in the range that suits you. I’ve tried doing this over the top crazy depth shit and it just injured me and I don’t respond.

    Don’t be a sheep!!!
