Class back and hams session. Switched tbar rows out as I’d maxed weight and reps were up at 20 for the max weight. Decided on banded deadlifts. With the band added it means that with the max weight on bar it’s that bit harder. Will build this up in same way I did tbar rows. Did them with a 5 second eccentric just to make it a bit harder. All other lifts progressed. Was a sweaty one.
Went walking in Peak District after. Was proper fucked climbing the hills, cardio no games. Got good tan on too.

I don’t think anyone can advise without seeing the position you’re in currently, knowing your diet, bloods etc. I’d post more info about that and current pictures. Else you could get suggestions that are going to potentially cause you more harm than good.

Rest day today. Alarm went off at 7 and I decided to shut my eyes for a few minutes and next thing it was 11am. Must have needed the sleep. Might be growing ???? went to the office for rest of the day and left about 7:30 this evening. Had my mate Suki over this evening, always good to chill with him, sharing some funny stories tonight.

Middle East has some decent places to visit and some banging gyms. Parts of Florida and California. To be fair pretty much all of America. Would be sick to be down Texas and train at Metroflex in Arlington.

Was meant to train at 9am this morning for my usual slot but my mate text me at 7am and had to change it to 2pm. I’m shit when it comes to last minute changes. Proper spins me out and I struggle to sort my day from that point. Sounds daft but I proper love routine and find it hard to cope with changes, unless I’m told long enough in advance. But I switched meals around and headed to the office to do some work for the morning and bit of the afternoon. Was a decent delts and arms session with lifts progressed by weight and/or reps.
Fucked work off for the remainder of the afternoon as weather was good so rather sit out and enjoy that.
I’d comment on the announcement about gyms but we can’t control it so no point being a bitch and moaning about it. Just get on with what we all been doing last 12 weeks. They’ll open eventually but more important things to open first and things that will get the economy going which I’m a lot more bothered and concerned about.

Primo is good if genuine but so much fake about. I used it and stopped for that reason. There’s other compounds that are as good or better in my opinion.

I switched to deca. So test, nandrolone and masteron full cycle.

Trained this morning. Legs and back. Good session with everything progressing. Found that being forced to do basic movements again without these fancy bits of kit that every gym seems to be filled with has actually made a difference. Just getting stronger on simple movements such as barbell press, barbell squat, barbell row etc is changing my shape and adding tissue, but a rounder and harder look. Fancy kit is all well and good but I feel due to how ‘smooth’ and ‘easy’ the movement feels which you hear people say whenever they’re using all your Atlantis , prime kit etc then surely it’s taking away from you actually working yourself as hard. Look at a lot of the soft and shit physiques these days compared to the past. The few guys these days with proper physiques are the rare ones doing the simple but hard movements, a lot. Worth thinking about.

Rest of the day was spent working and then for walk in evening.

As Clare says, one is a deadlift variation and the other is the range of motion.
Stiff leg dead’s are good if performed correctly. Doing something with a deficit will make it harder.

Rest day today so just did a load of long overdue housework then went to see the parents.
Writing these posts I feel I should say something motivating and inspiring lol. But rather not chat a load of shit just to fill a gap where all that needs to be said is what your day consisted of lol.
Gonna listen to some ‘sleep music’ before bed to see if that helps with better sleep. That pretty exciting isn’t it haha.

I’d keep pull away from legs. Stick a rest between those two wherever possible to help recover.

See how you go on by doing this. If you can recover after putting everything you’ve got into each session then there’s nothing wrong with trying that. There’s. No right or wrong way other than what’s right and wrong for yourself. Try it, log response from it, and then keep it or replace for something else.

Decent chest session today. Finding my grove now with barbell pressing and connecting well. Progressed all lifts. Feel stronger and looking much better week on week purely through just working hard and doing everything I can to my best ability each day.
Spent the evening with friends as one of the boys has got a new puppy.

So didn’t mention yesterday was check in day with myself. Weight is 239.6 lbs so pretty much same as last week. Strength still going up. Decided to have a bit of a tidy up over next few weeks before gyms open. Nothing major just drop cals down over next few weeks and lose a bit of body fat so that when things are back on gym wise I’ll be able to jump on cycle and push hard.
Trained back and hams today. Decent session and lifts progressed. Went to the office for the rest of the day. Much better day mood wise today, didn’t have the ‘fuck this shit’ feeling that I was having before. Knew I’d come out of it by talking with friends and family and just cracking on with things.
Gonna stick a movie on tonight and chill, for a change lol.

A lot have learnt the knowledge for coaching through using coaches themselves and creating their own style using bits they found worked. No specific qualification or course.

Got my ass out of bed at a more reasonable time today. No training today as my mate who owns the unit I’ve been using was away so another rest day. Productive day in the office and then got some food prep done tonight. Felt better today, not had that ‘low mood’ feeling.
Training back and hamstrings tomorrow morning, feel fresh and ready to hit it hard !!
