Bodyweight 210.0 lbs, all time low. This will see some serious condition not yet achieved by myself come show day.

Rest day today and if I’m honest I feel like utter shit as woke up with a bloody cold. But, fuck it. The body is depleted, immune system can be susceptible so just man up and get through the day. Got the steps in and just relaxed rest of the time.

Tomorrow is final session (PULL session but just a real pump one as previously mentioned). Nothing lower body loading so all chest supported and completely off feet. Activity as in daily steps will be minimal tomorrow. I’ll just spend the day getting things packed for heading up to derby tomorrow night. Stopping there Friday night at my house and then off to Hull Saturday afternoon. Breaks the journey up and means I can relax more for the carbs going in.

I’ll have 0.5 arimadex twice a week on a cruise of 250mg test e per week. This is my personal cruise protocol. And I usually have bloods done around 8 weeks into cruise.

Bodyweight 211.6 lbs this morning. Really big drop and flattened right off. Exactly where things need to be.

Hit PUSH with James and Louis this afternoon. They did delts and biceps so I added a couple chest movements and a tricep movement in place of a few exercises they did. Was a great last session and everything got depleted. Cardio was done after and that’s the final one. No more cardio after today. Steps will be kept at 9k Thursday and then friday steps to be as minimal as possible, same on Saturday.

Watched Joker movie tonight with Louis which was nice to take mind off being hungry and tired. Class movie and definitely recommend watching it if you haven’t already. Had a 9pm coffee during the film as felt myself nodding off lol.

Tomorrow is a rest day so Mortgage work all day with a couple walks in between then just chill in evening with Jess and stick Peaky Blinders on.

Did you change the gear in the last week? Or still on Test E, Tren , and Mast ?
Goodluck with the last days! Bring it on ????

Still the same bud. Will have last jab tomorrow so allows for any swelling/water to go for show day. All orals remain same to show day.

If you’ve always used it then keep it in. Like sauces on food, tea/coffee, diet drinks etc. It’s adding them in when you haven’t had them that can cause issues.

@timaspinall thanks for your response Tim.
I know these are the standard signs of needing to deload. My concern is if they will even be apparent during my first cycle.
I can’t imagine lifts stalling, aggression decreasing, not recovering, etc. while my body is being exposed to supraphysioligical levels of testosterone. Or am I giving AAS too much credit?

They will assist. Like any AAS. Your output, strength, recover etc will all be better but because you will then be able to push harder and move more load the demand on the body is greater. Fatigue will still occur regardless.

Bodyweight 215.4 lbs. Yesterday was 214.8 lbs. I always seem to go up after a rest day which is the opposite to most people but it’s just how my body works. May see a drop tomorrow but at this stage I’m not concerned as I’m waking up looking better and better, and flat lol.

Trained in the evening today as Louis was free to train later so gave me chance to crack on with work for Mortgage clients and get a few meals in so felt a bit more charged up for it. We hit PULL and it was a good one. Had rack deads as my heavy movement as I wanted to have my last pull session as a big heavy one. There’s one more pull session on Friday but it’s one where I’ll be keeping away from anything lower body loading so will all be machine work and chest supported.

I’m feeling good ahead of the show and believe there is a good chance of a top 6 finish. Just have to ensure everything remains spot on from here and deliver the goods come show day.

    5 days to go !!

You will see signs such as lifts stalling or even reducing two sessions in a row. You’ll feel tired all the time and lacking that same aggression and drive in the gym. Hunger can reduce. Not recovering from sessions. All tell tale signs.

Bodyweight 214.8 lbs. New lowest weight this prep. I expect to see another drop for tomorrow too as it’s been rest day today and we also reduced salt and upper water by another 500ml. Been passing a lot of water and sweated a lot after steps this evening and posing.

Been a good day cracking on with work for Mortgage clients. Keeps the mind busy and away from feeling tired. My trusty friend Mr Coffee helped me a few times too lol.

Jordan was very pleased with the video sent across this morning and he is a hard man to please so things must be looking good. We believe we have a genuine shot at top 6 in class 1 at finals. I will be peeled to the bone believe me. If we get the carb up perfect and time things right on show day it will be a great look. Very excited.

Tomorrow is PULL session which I’ll do in the evening with Louis at Kings gym in Mitcham for an extra bit of motivation to ensure nothing is left behind.

I’d have any foods that firstly sit well on your stomach but nothing that will cause bloating or digestion issues. And avoid eating anything 90mins before your fight.

Bodyweight 216.8 lbs today which is up from yesterday morning. Was on my feet all day yesterday from 8am until 11pm and I find this causes me to hold water. Hope to see this drop off tomorrow. We have decided to reduce salt on rest day though to see if this helps too.

Today I hit legs at Monster Gym in Enfield with James, Louis, Kevin and Joe. We split into two so me and Joe Trained together and James, Louis and Kevin Trained together to speed it up. This had to be mentally and physically the toughest session I’ve ever done. Energy and strength were right down but I just had to dig in and get rid of everything I had. It was the last leg session before show so backing out was not an option. Huge boost having the boys there and it got me through it.

We all went to watch the 2bros show after which has me super fired up for next weekend and I know as long as I bring good condition I’ll be in with a shout at placing. And I will ensure I come in my very best to date.

Tomorrow is rest day so will recover and get ready to go again for PULL on Tuesday!! 7 days to go!!

Try BCP 157 and TB peptides. They will speed the process up but it still needs time to mend properly else will happen again and again. Be patient with it and work around it whilst healing. Keep doing cardio and legs to keep blood moving round and food high to ensure plenty of nutrients.

Bodyweight 215.0 lbs (new prep lowest weight). Will keep this moving down more.

So changes have been made to diet and have been added to the diet tab on here, along with guidance on water intake leading up to show. Please take a look and ask questions. Entering full depletion stage between today and Friday and then will begin carb up Saturday ready for show day Sunday.

Training will continue as normal tomorrow to Wednesday but Friday PULL session will stay 1 rep shy of failure. Also Friday PULL session will be non weight bearing on the bottom half, so all movements chest supported.

    Training will be:

    Tomorrow – legs and cardio
    Monday – rest (fasted cardio)
    Tuesday – pull and cardio
Wednesday – push and cardio (last cardio session)
Thursday – rest (daily steps 9k max) no cardio.
Friday – pull (sedentary as possible so as little steps as possible)
Saturday – rest (sedentary as possible)
    Sunday – SHOW DAY!!!

Drugs wise last jab will be Thursday to allow for any swelling to go down from site. Changes have been:

    – increase proviron to 150mg per day
    – increase Anavar to 75mg per day
    – Increase winny to 75mg per day
    – Increase arimadex to 1g per day

Buzzing for leg day tomorrow with the gang at Monster Gym before we go and watch 2bros show and see Mark and Ryan get their pro cards. It is their time. They cannot be denied!!

Check out Beanies, Littles and Dowie Egberts they do tasty flavoured ones that’s what I have.

If you don’t want any kind of scents then Taylor’s is always a good one. Whittards too.
