PUSH rotation 3 was a success. Two sessions on the bounce where both have been a lot better. Today a few lifts were matched but all other progressed (since the last push rotation 3 session). Another week or so and I hope to be back beating all numbers again.
Rest of the day nice and chilled. Visited the parents and watched the ashes. Not a cricket fan but this was exciting. Chilled this evening with some friends.
Tomorrow will be a rest day, recover from last two sessions ready to have a big leg session Tuesday.

I believe it is a combination of the two. Low carb stores and high protein. Jordan has spoken about this in one of his sessions that was filmed I remember. @drdeanstmart would be your man for exactly what’s happening here and will be able to correct me if I’m wrong.

PULL rotation 2 this morning. Went into this a little apprehensive given the recent sessions. Especially the last session on Thursday which was probably one of the worst I’ve had. However today was a completely different story. ALL lifts progressed from when it was last hit. I had the aggression and focus back. I wasn’t getting fatigued after the first exercise. I felt good in myself and strong. Not at full strength yet but certainly going back up as opposed to down.
I reported this back to Jordan and I got a bit carried away saying the new lab must have kicked in already which he found funny as cant be that quick. But as he said, who cares that it won’t be the new gear kicking in yet, the main thing is things are seeming to have turned a corner. I will be hitting PUSH in the morning tomorrow and again will report on this on here. Couple of weeks the gear will be fully in the system and things will be right back where we need them to be.
I strongly advise making sure you fully know the source your gear has come from. There are ways of doing this and it is a valuable lesson learned for me.

It depends whether you like savoury foods such as salmon, eggs, beef etc cold or not. And also when you say make quickly in the morning, how long do you actually have?
You could do mince beef/steak and eggs. Either do it night before and just heat it up in morning and put eggs in microwave. Or make it in morning in a pan – takes 5 mins.
Salmon and veg. Can have it hot or cold.
Protein pancakes – make mixture night before and then cook in morning and would take 5 mins.

Rest day today. So I started the new lab last night. I’ll split the test e, Mast p and tren ace over the week in 3 doses (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). This will give me 233mg approx Test e, 100mg mast p and 100mg tren ace each of those days totalling 700mg Test e, 300mg mast p and 300mg tren ace per week. Growth Hormone will continue at 1iu post workout and before bed on non training days. And 0.5mg arimadex 3 times a week.
Regarding the new lab I have researched it well, all codes link to the site, there are tests online done on the products and some of these tests are specific to the batch that the test, Mast p and tren have come from. Also feedback from people I know personally that use the lab currently are good. These are people that have no connection to the lab and do not distribute it so no reason for them to hype it up.
I will monitor bodyweight, strength and look of physique closely over the next couple of weeks and there should be a positive result if this lab is as good as it seems. I’ll post feedback on here.

Yeah keep off your feet during upper sessions. So no deadlifts, unsupported rows etc. I’d recommend using BPC 157 too. I’ve had good results using this with any niggles or slight injuries.
Keep icing the area when you’re resting and it will soon recover.

Legs rotation 2 today and check in day too.
Check in was done and sent to Jordan. Weight is 227.6 which is down from 233.4 last week. Really big drop and just points even more towards this gear most likely being bad. I need to find how to get it tested but once done I will share. In the meantime I started the new lab today. Will split the weekly dosage into three shots a week instead of two. Really need this to kick in over next 2 weeks to have a chance of producing my best look for finals. If not I will have to pull out as I won’t get on stage without looking my best.
Leg session was terrible today. No drive, no strength, just didn’t want to be there. This is so frustrating as in my mind I want to give it everything and improve week on week but physically I can’t. Again, points to the gear. Will continue to follow same diet no changes there this week and cardio training etc. Fingers crossed the new lab does the trick.

Yeah I’ll get up at 5:30 training day, train 6:30/7, get to work for 9/10 and finish around 7pm then get home and eat then go get steps in for an hours and be all sorted for around 9. Just one of those things.
If you can get steps in during lunch break then do that so limits how many you need to do. Or get 30 mins done straight after workout.

Rest day today. So spoke with Jordan and we’ve decided we have enough time still to fix what’s happening. Changed source of gear and swapped out Primo for Tren. Ordinarily would wait until around 6 weeks out from show to add Tren but due to what’s happening we will add now.
Cycle now will be:
Test E – 700mg
Mast P – 300mg
Tren Ace – 300mg
1iu GH post training and before bed on non training day
0.5 arimadex 3 times a week
Hopefully see a rise in strength again and holding on to tissue. If this has no effect then there is something else happening that will need addressing. As health comes first bloods would then get done and I wouldn’t push on to comp as could do long lasting damage. We will see.

I have the same issue if I don’t get treatment. The area is tight and can be released by a sports therapist. Get booked in and they will sort it for you. There are stretches you can do before you start sessions so take a look online at those related to the hip and quad and also glutes as believe it or not but they can be causing it through being tight too.

Back in the gym today after the 4 day rest. Unfortunately the session didn’t go how I’d expected. I felt fresh however strength was still down. In fact, it had dropped further. Bodyweight this morning was 227.6lbs which is down from 233.4lbs on Thursday. Quite a big drop in just 4 days. This may have a part to play. I messaged Jordan and we are trying to work out what it could be. Possibly the current cycle or the gear being used. Sometimes you get a bad batch and this may be the case. Last blast phase I had a different lab and supplier but he got busted so had to change source. Will try switching lab again and see if there’s a change. Also seeing if Jordan thinks it’s wise to remove primo in favour of something else as real primo is so hard to source, so could be bunk primo I’ve got now. Will see what he thinks.
So yeah, lifts were down today but pushed as hard as I could. Will review tomorrow and also at check in on Thursday and see what Jordan thinks.

Rest day number 4. Feeling well rested and ready to get back in the gym. Mentally I feel fresh again, the rest was very much needed.
Tomorrow will be PUSH rotation 2. And it will get nailed. All lifts will progress. I guarantee this.

But for me the important bits are a good with a warm atmosphere, people who are serious about lifting and committed, and an owner who cares about the kit they are purchasing so it’s not any old shit. It doesn’t need to have loads of kit but just the right bits.
I’ll happily travel 30 mins to have a good regular gym. Any longer and it eats into my day too much especially midweek with work commitments.
However, it’s not going to stop you progressing if you go to say a standard Nuffield or xercise4less type gym. I trained for UKBFF British Finals IN 2015 from a david Lloyd’s gym and managed to win. It had no atmosphere, basic kit and wasn’t welcoming for a bodybuilder. But I put headphones in and got the job done.
