Try finish intra by half way or three quarters of the way through workout. This could help.

As for shake after training then eating 90mins or so after that you’ll be fine. I did this for a period – shake and banana immediately after training then meal 90mins later.

Let us know how you get on.

Delts and arms this morning. Weight down on a few exercises (deadstop barbell press, Arnie press, incline barbell press). Could have been down to not sleeping too well last night. But all other exercises were progressed.
Started the test today. Will be on 250mg per week until lockdown ends and gyms open up. This should see progression continue and body composition stay relatively good.

If you feel you need more rest when doing certain unilateral movements then take the rest. I personally just take whatever time I need then crack on. Depends how long I’ve got for the session etc. I try not to complicate or overthink.

Top session this morning. Legs and back was on the menu. All lifts progressed.
Introducing 250mg test e per week now so hopefully have a good response from this. Should help with utilising the food and keep the progression going. Recovery should improve too. Diet has been bang on so will only get better from here.

Not used it before but if feedback you’re getting from your body is good then stick with it.

Wicked day today. Went to see @louis-moylan , had a big breakfast, went for a cycle round south west London , back to Louis for some steak and pasta, some chicken and rice with honey and soy sauce after that , then set off back home. Very blessed to have a top mate like Louis. Helped me through a lot and always there for a chat.
Up tomorrow for legs and back in the morning then off to the office to do some work.

A good session in the bag today. Did chest and managed to progress the lifts by weight or reps. Even if it’s half a rep more than last time it’s still progress! Been enjoying the deadstop pressing. I’ll look to incorporate this even after lockdown when things get kickstarted. It’s been useful to be forced to try some new exercises (new in the sense of new to the plan rather than how long the exercise has been about) and I’ll be keeping going forward.
I’ve decided as of Monday ill be introducing test again. I’ll run 250mg a week initially whilst lockdown is happening and gyms aren’t open. Needing to aid recovery more and also because food is having to be dropped too low currently to stop the fat gain so this is hindering recovery and also limiting growth. Then once gyms are open I’ll get bloods done and then decide on the cycle.

I’d use still. Just monitor as mentioned to make sure it’s decent HGH.

Bit of a busier day with work which is a good sign that things may slowly start changing now. Hopefully this is the same for other people who’s businesses have been affected. This will certainly make us work harder than ever when we come out of this situation. I know I’ll never take it for granted having plenty of business coming in.

Evening was spent chilling, got a fire going and stuck some tunes on. Real nice evening.

When I go on holiday in Europe I take enough for my trip by way of needles, syringes etc and just stick it all in suitcase.

Weight is 232.6lbs today. Few changes last week to help control bodyfat increasing. Couple lbs dropped but strength going up for each session so will keep diet as it is this week and see what happens to weight.

Trained today, back and hams. Really good session. Enjoying training a lot and looking forward to lockdown being over so can push it further with access to more kit.

When you say they are behind are you purely talking strength or development too? Strength will vary from person to person so some will be stronger on legs and pulling exercises, some stronger pressers etc. But that doesn’t mean you will have less developed bodypart compared with others.

Good session today. Delts and arms. All lifts progressed. Hopefully this trend continues. Based on the announcements about gyms opening July I’m debating whether to continue with zero anabolics or whether to go onto a low dose of 200mg test e.

Tends to be either down to people just not getting enough recruitment vs smith or machine. Or due to risk of injury as you get stronger and stronger on bench. A lot of people seem to experience pec tears as they get stronger.
But if it works for you and you don’t find it causes injury then it’s a good exercise for building thickness in the chest.
