When eating atmaintenance clen might shift the whole thing a little towards fat loss. But if there is no caloric deficit this is not significant and not worth the possible side effects. Taurin and potassiumhelp with cramping. But there is a lot more side effects, I have even read about signs of addiction and depresssion after girls dropped the Clen.
If you want to use it stick to JPs advice. Start v low and keep in mind that not suffering sides too badly doesnt mean the clen is not doing its job.
Also keep an eye on your total stim input. Getting off the stims step by step is v beneficial from my experience. -

Hey JP, I am not sure if this issue was discussed before:
In Comp prep you use/used lots of Supplements and PEDs that give you “a Push”.
I am Talking about things like caffeine, tren, halo, Pre workout boosters, clen etc.How do you manage to get off these without having a decrease in performance and feeling bad (I am not sure what is the right word For that feeling, maybe “lethargic”, “down” or even “depressed”).

First Thing: It works! No cravings, now it is more kind of appetite you get when you see jelly. It is like “I could but I dont have to”. I Can control and stand this appetite.
Second Thing: More discipline and thinking twice about “eat big to get big” plays a role. Period.
I dont compete. The whole thing is not about “optimal”, more like “Feasible and getting me closer to my goals”.

Its Not the stress. It’s independent from stress levels which alter from time to time. And I don’t think I can compare my stress levels to those of a shift engineer.
I will follow your advices. I hope I will put on weight after the last cut more efficient I.e. Slower increase, than after the last cuts.

-intra with carbs
-post meal with lots of carbs
-2nd post meal with carbs
-pre bed meal with little carbs
-nighttime: 5eggs and a protein Source with no carbs -
I forgot the Most Important food: 500g of meat. I eat chicken, but also Other lean meat.

I cant say. I am an engineer and atm I am doing the masters degree, so there are mentally exhausting and boring Phases in the year. I cannot observe an influence of stress levels on that problem.
Maybe the reason is that I conditioned myself to overeating (I startet Lifting very skinny). I Can stop eating daytime and when I am cutting Weight. Nighttime I Sometimes cant fight against it, when I am making weight.
I prefer food that Tastes good. But usually there is no tasty food in my Appartement. A pack of Oats mixed with water or a big Can of Sauerkraut is totally satisfying. But the Better the Taste the more likely it is that the Food wont survive the night.
Current diet setup: 10 Eggs, 1-2 Cans of Veggies, 500g rice atm, 50g oats, 500g low fat Curd cheese (Not sure if that the right word, it is a milk based product and 500g of it have 60g slow protein and 15g sugar, 1g fat), Intra shake (60g Carbs atm, 25g isolate), fishoil, plant based omega 3 oil, 25g Whey or Casein.
On top of that there are my Meals in the night. I also eat shitfood like icecream or jelly, But thats rare.
