I’m on 300mg/week doc rx trt and that just gets me to normal. This is backed up by bloodwork. 670ng/dL 7 days after shot. Some people just need more. If I were to do a cycle my minimum would be 500mg test so in each person it WILL vary how your body processes testosterone.
Just curious but is 7 days post shot a normal time to be checking? I was always checking 4 days post shot as per Dr direction.

How much variance would you think is ideal? I was thinking the 400 Cals from post workout would suffice but maybe I should change it up a bit

What is your current output at the minute??
I don’t follow a fixed cardio schedule per se. I just am currently aiming for 12K steps/day. So on more sedentary days I have to throw in some LISS cardio on the treadmill.
I do 3 weeks of higher volume, with sets in the 12-20 range (depending on the movement) followed by 3 weeks of lower volume higher weight with reps in the 6-8 range.
Training is 5 days on 2 off.
Volume split:
Day 1 – legs w/ quad focus
day 2 shoulders/arms
day 3 back and calves
day 4 legs w ham focus
day 5 shoulders/chest
Intensity split:
Day 1 – Back
Day 2 – Shoulders & abs
Day 3 – off
Day 4 – Legs
Day 5 – Chest
Day 6 – Arms
Day 7 – Off

Without looking at your physique or knowing anything about the progression of the deficit etc it’s difficult to give you any concrete advice
It’s a rather low amount of food but if you’re seeing positive progress then keep cracking on
With fats being so low I would make sure you’re supplementing with omega 3’s if you are not already
This is a bit of a correction diet because I went to Mexico for a week and went a bit overboard. I will be posting pics and progression of the diet. I do have omega 3’s in. I should add in a bit more detail for sure. I’ll map out everything in a bit more detail here in next update.

This looks fine to me in terms of your set up and food choices. So long as everything digests well and you’re getting the desired results. Maybe drop some carbs in favour of some different fats on a rest day to get a wider variety, otherwise looks good.
Hmm yes I should maybe try that. I do give the nut butters in the pantry an eye fuck every day lol.

Just wondering how your recovery is are you using a intra during training?
Sorry didn’t post that. My intra is the above mentioned 15 Grams EAA 10 grams glutamine. Except on nightshift I down this about 30 minutes before training as I’m a bit pinched for time on those days and find it better than just going fasted. I also throw in a Nuun tab sometimes on night shifts.
