I like to train 4-5 days a week, I’ve tried 6 but it’s just too much, currently training full body 4x per week but had some questions ab lower back loading bc that seems to hinder my training the most, and how I should structure that in an U/L

Hey thanks Aaron I’m getting back into training due to an injury that I had so I’ll be running this full body for a little while longer but I’ll definitely move into upper lower. I’m not strong at all but pretty well developed muscle for my age

Hey guys I’ve been really some help with a few things I’m really young and could use some help from some of the athletes on this site. Just looking to put on as much muscle as I can, I realize most of the people on here run ppl splits but I’m thinking of running upper lower or full body like Jordan says, I’ve read through most of the forums but am having just a little bit of trouble finding some things. If someone could help me out I’d appreciate it. I want to make bodybuilding my source of living bc I love this sport and lifestyle!
