    Pick movements you can do over and over and over where they progress for ages . Those will likely be mid range / lengthened bias movements , as they have the longest runway for your muscular adaptations to illicit their force production on which then allows for + 1

    Reps .

Last time when I posted here on forum you said I’m eating way more protein than I need, more than guys who are weighing 260 lean, can you please tell me how much protein would you suggest for me when here I weigh 173,7lb in the morning? And should I count it from all sources?Thank you!

    I’m just dishing up post post meal now and I still can’t get over how the igf hits me lol! Madness haha . 100 des in the chest , I actually do this just before the presses and then 100 lr3 once I’m fin it all

    Test eq feels fine . I don’t quite like the feel as much as test primo , for me that seems to feel so damn clean . The last 4 weeks of the cycle I may do primo but also anavar , so I don’t have to do as much ml of primo but get the oomph of the e ester kicking in ontop of the long bold ester and then the oral ! Before I drop it all to a cruise and clear out for the month before rebooting it all again

    Still no food adjusts needed . Lifts going up nicely , so will just bump it once I feel the need

    Jordan when you are doing presses after laterals and pec flys, do you have like different numbers to beat then when you are doing it fresh? Like you compare it differently? Thanks

    Does the social media criticism affect you at all? Especially when it’s coming from a few IFBB Pros- I was looking through the comments on Beyond The Stage’s Instagram, and some of them were among the harshest I’ve ever seen.

    Hello Jordan, your weight is around 112kg lean and your protein is 370g, this amount is from whole sources listed in your diet so with trace protein it will be around 400g+ right? Thanks
