That’s how it’s meant to be done , without eccentrics as you are targeting the erectors . If you were targeting hams then eccentrics would be helpful and even then I’d recommend an RDL instead of SLDL .

112kg BW , so I’m up 3kg over baseline that had 0 GH , 525 test and then the primo / Winnie dragging down e2 , vs now 10iu GH 600 test with no a.i , and clen out. So I am super happy , as I would literally be back at 109 in a week if I re implemented that set up . I will hold here for the rest of cruise and then kick off the cycle

I lowered some protein and slightly increased some carbs, my overall Cals have decreased , but my energy feels better for it with more of the substrate I need – carbs
Digestion feels great , the healing stack certainly helping that
Reta dose I have crept up as post diet hunger has climbed and I have got more used to it , now at 1mg a day and feeling really good there , I am so keen to see how blood work is going to look , I am very much hoping for ldl in a great spot , hba1c in range despite 10iu GH , and pretty much only marker being out hdl which is of little concern if ldl is nice and low
My liver enzymes maybe not back in range just yet as I was on orals for a bit , but they usually don’t ever get too far out . I have some inject glutathione I will add from the next rest day
Now I have more carbs vs my baseline , I have adjusted mots c to 2mg which feels great .
The ss31 defo doesn’t have any relationship to carbs , so I have played with that higher for no negative impact 5mg feels great , again I’m keen to see this impact on blood work , as it’s health benefits are pretty absurd . With the amount bodybuilders kidneys, heart and brain take a hit from what we do , this looks like a fucking wonder drug. 5mg a day is a great health dose , higher will help more but it’s not cheap so I think 5mg is a reasonable dose to get a lot from it.
Hi Jordan. What’s the reason behind lowering protein and upping carbs? And how much protein u lowered?

Sorry i wrote it bad. I mean for example when i ditch 4 yolks from whole egg, but in 4 yolks there is like 15g of protein, so if it’s wise to add those 15g of protein from egg whites?

I have noticed a great and cruising fat loss with low and high days
Keeping for energy and maintening performance on high days (workout day) and digging a tad more on rest days.
It’s up to you, very person dependant.
But my shape stores more water with everyday same diet, as my rest days are 5x less demanding. Increasing cardio/output/steps on rest day for me wouldn’t be optimal either; so I really like low and high imo
And how much calories/carbs difference are between your high and low days?

In some work places people just say : no brain just muscles… or narcissists
So enjoy the mountain on which people put u.
At the end of the day, people doing less will always earn the same money as u, but surf on the wave of being a superman at your level
This is a great summary of what life is
Some people work more than other for same advantages; the only benefit positive in this is that you know you do better and more than others, this should elevate yourself rather than frustates you
