I think an upper/lower maybe the best option if you need to priorites legs.

Hello again!
Last night I trained Quads and Biceps!
Started with biceps
Dumbell curls 2×20
Cable curl with straight bar 2×12 + dropset
Adductor 2 set (1×21,1xrestpaus)
Single leg extention 1×15,1×15,1x6by4
Leg press 2×12 (passed out the first set, think it was because of the heat and low air in the gym. Kind of scared situation has happend one other time at the hacksquat two weeks ago)
Machine squat 1×10,1×8
Heel elaveted dumbell squat 1×19 TUT -
Last night was pull/hamstring day.
I have had problems the last 8 weeks with back pain but have managed to train around the injury pretty well. But yesterday it was unsustainable.
I have now booked an appointment with a naprapath and hope for a speedy recovery.I am very happy that I can still train legs and push..

Seated dumbellpress without back support x2 (no backsupport because i need to train up my core because some backinjury.)

Rope pushdown x3Felt really good today, im not gonna write out my working weights every session.

How do you set up Leg/pull, is it hamstring dominated or both quads and hamstring?
