Solid day of rest and a cracking leg day first day where I am feeling back to my proper self since getting sick last month, pretty much been 3/4 weeks of feeling shite with a horrendous flu and compromised recovery.

To get it in today aj trains real hard and mark is off sick
My knees are still a little tender so I decided to drop into some paused work on the hack, will likely stick with it now and work it up to 6 pps for 2 second pause ( 3 count ) in the hole whilst keeping tension on quads
Great way to limit load exposure and further drive more stimulus where I need it.
Early night and we get after it again tomorrow 3 more de volume sessions before we let it lose
Do you still hack without reverse band ? My knees feel much more comfortable with a light to medium band, not the big bungee band ?

Adding extra 32 g carbs both days only – removing clen on its own will see a huge shift in calorie surplus here I will keep t3 at 25 mcg here for a week or so and then remove when / if We go up in calories again.

I added it in during the mini cut and I have simply just left it in for a few weeks, I will swap for npp of low dose when I’ve had it in for a few more weeks –
I haven’t ever used tren in a surplus so let’s see what it does whilst some food is in place
My lifts have been staying super strong with a very high rate of loss so I am expecting some great things, couple of weeks with it in then I’ll remove it if I start to notice anything negative
Such low dose haven’t so far had any impact from a negative standpoint, sleep is best it’s ever been so for me it’s more
Why not leave it in and see ?

I don’t see any logical purpose of use of an ai when same result can be achieved without it through controlling stack and modulating it.
If you worry about water from estrogen telmisartan actually does a much better job than the ai – higher estrogen isn’t enemy at all the only time it needs to be somewhat lower is closer to show and this can be done via Stack manipulation.
It is no coincidence naturals get drier than assisted guys without diuretics

Bad joints
Lowers estrogen too much
Wrecks cholesterol
And much much more.
My estrogen with higher DHT will be in range if anything probably mid to top, readings never ever concern me I always go of feel.
