Can be a mind fuck for some people, be interesting to see it rise then drop again etc. maybe that’s just me😂

Yeah I saw that shot on insta, gnarly! Definitely, and we all know you won’t be back until you believe it’s time so that’s why we’re exited mate. Another day to get it! Cheers again, learning a lot here.

Hey JP, love keeping up with your mission. Hidden under the quality merch what would you biggest improvements will be from last showing. I understand in recent vids you said legs already near or there. But glutes? If not everything (know that will likely be the case lol) Anyway excited to see you on that stage. Will keep chasing progression myself, cheers

I’d stick with the 2.
Thank you Clare. Have a good day

Thank you for your assistance!
Push/Pull/Legs/Rest/Upper/Lower/Rest could be a great option assuming you can recover from the 3 days of training in a row. If not, you can also run your usual split with an extra rest day on Sunday. Hope it helps!

Hey! Appreciate the feedback! I forgot to mention, I’m here until early December!
So will be a semi perminant split until back in the UK!
I’d just continue with your usual split and just take an extra day off on the Sunday personally if it’s just a one off or do U/L/rest/U/rest/L/rest

Did initially think of like an extremely low volume “upper” day on Saturday but believe recovery wouldn’t be ideal as then would be 3 in a row.
So thinking about it my initial option above may work out best. But love to hear any feedback.

Hey! Love to hear your feedback on this after trying it out! I’m just about to be starting U/L/R. I was only worried that if I did 2 sets in everything that may zap too hard. But can only try it and see.
