10 percent initially cal drop and 10 percent step increase , then see how well you move from that, then 5 percent cal drops thereafter

ok thanks Jordan, that’s the plan after these last 6lbs go on

    27/4/23

    sessions went like this

    nautilus leverage shoulder 9 , 7
    low incline smith 3 , 7
    dips 11 , 7
    cuffed lateral from bottom 7
    wrist height 9 , 12
    Sa overhead extension 10 , 13, 9
    pec dec 12 , 9 ,9

I could definitely feel that the nautilus presses drop off noticeably in the shortened so going to put nautilus flat press 2nd in shoulder focused and nautilus shoulder 2nd in my chest focused push instead of the current setup so that should be bob on.

Got leg pull tomorrow with the fave of all faves Stiff legs or stiffies what ever you wanna call em. I’m gonna have another pop at 165 cause it felt off last time around and got 2 so i can’t miss this time.

Weight dropped a tiny bit (test day) yesterday but i should be back up tommorow , it tends to fluctuate a bit but nothing to worry about

Great work mate, really impressive rear lat spread the width of your back and nice taper. You aren’t holding a great deal of bodyfat, so I’d still continue pushing up and creeping calories up slowly. Pay attention to training performance, that this continues to progress. Keep in some level of expenditure with cardio and steps as this will be good for cardiovascular health, digestion and keeping you in a nice spot to keep pushing up too. Keep us posted

thanks Marc i’ve really worked on my back training and it’s defo showing , training performance is really good at the moment lifts and bw are progressing v nicely I’ll put everything on my log on here

Your only 17 too! Absolutely fucking unreal ! I cannot wait to see how you look by 18/19 , what’s your plans in terms of staying natty / future drug use ? Is it something you have considered based on longer term goals ?

thank you ,yep just turned 17, i haven’t put a great amount of consideration into it but if i’m in a really good spot natty and i’ve got great potential at that point it’s something i would do but as i say i haven’t put that much consideration into yet , i just love training and seeing my progression at the moment so that’s what i’m going to keep doing until that point comes around, however my long term goal is taking it too a high level absolutely.

+ 28 up , amazing work! I also do think you can creep a bit more, just go slow! Maybe another 5-6 pounds over the next 10-12 weeks , and then it’s tidy up time and see what you got for your push ! Really great to see 🙂 , a few more of these and you will be Hooooge

thanks Jordan , just been following what you say for a while and it’s got me 28lbs up , Hooooge is the aim always haha

In my opinion you’re good to keep pushing for growth! That doesn’t mean you have to chase a number or try to push body fat any higher, it just means keep letting the progress roll! If you start getting fatter and experience training decline, then start to reign it in!

thanks michaela,I have rough spot i want to be in at the end of this phase i just wanted to know if i was going in the right direction so this helps a lot

We need some more information, what’s your main focus in terms of body parts? And how many days are you wanting to train?

these are some of my recent physique shots i’m not sure what i need to work on cause i think i look pretty balanced and ive been using 5 days a week training for the past week and it feels good
