SLU potentially also but its a question of how many things do you want to add at once and how many d you want to save until later etc etc

Start with IGF 1 nad & ss31
Then use SLU when metabolically you need it
Imo it works tremendously when dieting or phases of lower Anabolics, when pushing up it may have some interference with hypertrophy I have seen.
Use it in phases to improve sensitivity it’s tremendous for that
5 amino works best when leaner
Reta start on 0.5 mg if you try it

Thanks mate, I had blood let done today just 470ml pulled out purely because I’ve never had it done before and ran gear a few years now
I have tightened up a little since EQ has gone, felt like it was holding a smidge of water under my skin, glutes are shaper since too

I’m now in week 11 of my cycle running daily doses;
45mg test E (lowered 3 weeks ago from 60mg)
30mg Primo (swapped for EQ 3 weeks ago)
90mg Mast E -

the real key to GH use IMO is simply making sure your using it. Then in terms of timing its looking to manipulate the mechanisms of the drug but how actual relevant this is in terms of what your actually going to see in real time benefits is debatable.
So for example if your looking to grow then arguably pre gym or pre bed makes the most sense – Pre bed is when we naturally produce most of our growth hormone and we technically heal/recover and grow as we sleep so a dose here can make sense. Pre workout arguably makes sense to enhance IGF levels and the growth factor pathways that occur when we train.
Taking a dose on wake to increase lipolysis and enhance fat burning during the morning if your doing cardio and keeping carbs out can then make sense.
So its picking the timing that suits what your trying to achieve.
Scientifically in medically studies a bigger dose EOD/MWF has been shown to drive growth better due to higher spikes in IGF and if your dosing less frequently there is less potential for running into insulin resistant issues.
So if your looking to be geeky etc then you can play with timings based on this sort of information but again in real terms its just about taking the stuff and the more you can afford to take ultimately the more you will see from the drug in most peoples experiences
