Firstly huge congrats on your return to the stage and all the best with your comps later this year! Preference for myself has always been sub q with HGH. With HGH closer to show some people do like to pull this completely for the point you said about holding water, but an alternative could be keeping HGH in at a low dosage and actually lowering test instead and keeping your dht derivatives as they were (mast or primo) to help manage e2 and pull water that way
Thank you!
I prefer IM from doing it IM last night, sits perfect
I pulled it for my first show 1 week out as I had slight water retention from where my socks had been, which went with 3/4 days but defo lost fullness, as now I’ve started it again on Sunday I look miles fuller and just as lean so I’ll be taking that onboard for next time
When do you think it’s best to be used? Is it true it peaks after a couple of hours? So would it be more beneficial injection like 2-3 hours pre gym and pre bed?

Hey!
Congratulations on such a successful start to your season. There isn’t much difference in IM and subq, however I do prefer IM, and it is very individual to how much you hold water.
Some athletes don’t need to pull GH because they can get super dry without pulling and need the GH for the added fullness, so it’s about finding what works for you.
Thank you!

Huge congrats that is awesome to hear!! I have always done it sub q and haven’t had any issue , I think it’s all personal preference between the two
Thank you!!
I thought so, I did it IM for the first time yesterday and preferred it over subq, just a tad easier

Ohhh and a huge congrats on your results mate.
Fantastic
Thanks bud!

I always go IM
I think I will do going forward too, subq doesn’t seems to leave a little lump now and again. How many days would you leave it before hitting the same site again?

Hey buddy! Personally I don’t think it makes much of a difference so I would go with whatever option you prefer. For me sub q injections tend to sting a little and leave a lot of bruising so I inject GH IM with an insulin pin.
Yeah I tend to get a little sting and bruising now and again, I tried IM yesterday it it sat perfect, how many days what you rotate your injection sites before hitting the same injection site again with GH?

Some people simply hold more fluid from GH than others.
In general genetics tend to hold more water than pharma.
So as per usual in this game I would do some playing around and see if you notice a difference
Yeah I’m that some people then, not fussed right now as I’m looking and feeling fuller 3 days back on it
But I’ll play around with it and see if there’s any difference, most likely won’t be but worth a try
You know with pharma GH could you do a little less dosage of it then general genetic stuff and still get the same benefits? Or potentially better benefits
Cheers

Thanks for all your response so far, I knew the low body fat, high exp. and low calorie intake would of had something to do with the out of range hormone markers and having more clarification from you guys should help me back up what I’ve been telling her for a long time now, appreciate it!
We’ll get her bloods done again once everything is in a better place 👌🏼
Cheers

Hey thank for getting back to me
Yeah we have a little girl who’s 15 months old
Health sups she has are pretty basic really. omega’s, multi vit ect
Never competed before but I’d like her to next year at a first timers show
And never had her bloods done before
In they any good supplements out there that she could benefit from please or a more appropriate sup stack to help keep hormones in check?
Thanks

She’s 29 btw if that’s helps too🤷🏻♂️

Ive never checked a clients blood work to see were E2 is into a show ever and I dont believe many if any do as J says.
If this is the best you have looked then dont over think it – just make sure your peeled and cruise on in –
I got my bloods done as I was 5 weeks into my cycle which I always do, it wasn’t purely to check my e2 it was to check everything
But of course I’m keeping my head screwed on and ready to enjoy myself, probs see you there, think you’ve got a client at the PCA show

You are fixating on blood work , not a single good coach looks at it when it comes to stage look
Jansen , Rambod , Stefan
Not a single one will look at blood work mid prep
The ones that do , look for curiosity based on the look
Eg, Ah I look really good here , I wonder what my e2 is
You are trying to get a look from adjusting your blood work results
Literally , look at yourself and move the look around based on literally
How you look …. To flat , increase e2 , not seperated enough decrease e2
Tren also causes false negatives in blood work so basically e2 tests become useless with tren in
Prolactin , has absolute no consistent look in people ,
You could have sky high prolactin and still look entirely perfect , adjusting your prolactin based on bloods and not the look/sides , is very very silly
In short , your a long way off in the way your approaching things
I agree with you Jordan, I always get my bloods done 5 weeks into a cycle and this is a short cycle leading up to this first show.
I just threw me off with how my hormones had changed so much compared to having tests done when using other labs and been so close to show
However this is the best I’ve ever looked right now and I’m feeling ready to roll, I would post pictures but the app never shows them come up 🤷🏻♂️

Exactly what Michaela said. If your peeled then you more than likely will be pretty dry so you dont need to mess around too much with trying to lower E2. Your cycle may also be set up in a way that your E2 is low enough…..So Just worry about getting absolutely peeled.
Thanks for your response mate
So I thought I was covered taking 300mg test e. 600mg mast e. 90mg tren a (quanta tren) (split m/w/f) until I get my bloods back 5 weeks into my cycle, test was at 24. E2 – 190. Prolactin – 800!!
I knew these results was fucked up because I preciously used quanta and cruising on 150mg test e keeps my test levels at 26. I tried this new lab for my test and mast a coach recommended and keeps recommending on Instagram who used to coach me, Novo pharma, you heard of it?
I only switched labs as quanta caused a small amount of PIP, however after getting them results back I changed straight back to quanta on 270mg test. 600mg mast. 90mg tren A (split – m/w/f) , added in 25mg proviron, 450mg strom P5P, 0.5mg arimidex ED and re tested my hormones 8 days later, which I’ve just got the results back today. Test is up to 42. Prolactin down to 328. E2 down to 60 now, I am competing on Saturday and the Saturday after and I feel and look so much better already, I’m defo ready for stage well I think I am anyways.
I’m just unsure if keeping my E2 at 60 is going to be okay, I don’t feel any less fuller and I’ve been condulating loading from 10 days out, lower carb higher fat day today then 2 high carb days tomorrow, Thursday, Friday ease off a bit to ensue waist keeps tight
If I keep at 0.5mg of adex ED will that keep lowering my E2 or should it just stick where it is currently due to keeping all doses the same?-

The same answer we’ve had to all your other questions regarding “peak week” is it depends on the athlete and it ultimately comes down to being in shape to where you don’t need to manipulate all these variables.
And yes, it can impact your physique negatively by going overly flat
Sorry I’m a nightmare I know 🤷🏻♂️

Sack to back shots are never an issue jsut means not eating crap post show and keeping diet up that’s literally it to hold the look
I won’t even be eating crap after the second show, most optimal time to grow new tissue and people just end up a bloated mess
Appreciate your responses bud, take care
