Perfect thank you all, I’ve got hold of some pharma adex which I’ll start on Monday, 0.5mg EOD and see where that leaves me at the end the week.

In terms of coming off adex, as kuba mentioned don’t come off cold turkey and implement aromasin for one week after. I can’t get hold of any pharma aromasin, what would be another protocol to take as to coming off it? If I kept running adex after my show for example 1.5mg or less per week would that keep lowering my E2 or would it just sit at a Z range with with taking the same weekly dosage?

I do have access to nolvadex and proviron? If that would help not letting my E2 rebound too much too

Thanks for all your comments, made me think twice about using Diazide or anything else, I’m currently doing a mock carb up and just keeping things simple with extra vit c and asparagus

    Cheers

I personally wouldn’t trust a ugl lab a.i . When pharmacy versions are so easily attainable

I also prefer arimidex personally , I don’t like the manner in which aromasin will not allow for an e2 rebound , so if you over cook it , it will not adjust quickly again. It’s said that aromasin is better on lipids according to studies ( never seen it myself in blood work ) , but everything is going to be fucking ur lipids ar this point and the biggest factor on skewed lipids is low e2 , not the inherent effects of the a.i itself

I’m certain others will have their own preference to what a.i they like . When I worked with Stefan jn 2018 , he loved letro

Really appreciate this thanks mate, got hold of some pharma grade Arimidex👍🏼 what dosage would be good to run roughly please?

May 1, 2024 at 9:03 am in reply to: Sub-Q or IM injections for HGH?

When I am off season and taking in a larger bolus does with the aim of creating max IGF spike I use IM

when I am dieting I have recently been using Subq as I find I hold less water this way and it also makes sense to me on paper as the slower long release mean a longer duration of increase in FFA release for fat. so I does my Inject around 12 hours apart so in theory fat burning may be heightened all day 🙂

When you get lean lean would you still inject subq? Or would you then change to IM as there’s no fat to inject it into

    Cheers

Tom – So the water retention has only come about since friday correct? You have noticed it today Sunday morning.

Did you change anything last week into the weekend – any sauces? Condiments? Spices? Any change in fluid intake or sleep since Friday ?

if your at week 3 of the cycle you may simply be seeing hormones peak at this point so it could be related to this also

It was there ever so slightly after getting back on GH 3 weeks ago, but from Friday onwards it just all of a sudden worse. It was my rest day yesterday so I thought I’d leave my GH pre bed, see how it looks in an hour or so after some steps/cardio.

No changes made to sauces/condiments/spices. Always 1g pink salt on each meal and 10g sriracha sauce on meals where needed. Fluid intake is roughly the same every day between 6-7 litres. Sleep has been okay up to now, bought some dream sleep last night though

But yeah that could be it, I feel great in myself still compared to previous cycles.

In terms of E2 coming closer to stepping on stage, would it be wise getting blood done to see if they may be a need to lower E2 to potentially lower a bit of water weight or would this just go on look and feel rather then blood work?

Tbf I’m 25 mins into my pre cardio walk and water retention isn’t looking as half bad as it did yesterday morning. I just want to make sure I’m holding no subq water on my legs coming into the last week, I know dropping GH could help this but I defo know GH gives me a fuller look

    Hi Tom,

Did you notice any water retention when first starting on the GH???

Have you seen an increase in scale weight?

The high days, how did you body respond to these?

It could be a number of things but a little more information would be great to see if it is due to inflammation or other reasons.

I noticed a really small amount, nothing major as it was like this before when I took GH, I had a month or so off. Since Friday it’s got a lot more noticeable now, mainly in my left leg. My body weight did jump at by 1kg in 4 days once I started it which I knew was going to happen and then it started dropping back down as normal from my deficit and what not.

My scale weight is still dropping nicely, it’s dropped over this weekend considering this water retention which only seems to be around my ankles and nowhere else.

I’ve only had 4/5 high carb days in the last 9 weeks, nothing really changed in terms of water retention. I just felt a bit more fuller and refreshed.

I had my blood work done prior to going in cycle, I put them on here and everything seemed fine apart from my ALT levels been high from my previous cycle which I finished at the end of December and been crushing since for 3 months to get ALT level back to normal.

I wouldn’t say I feel to fatigued at the moment and weight is still coming down at a steady rate, not seen it jump up drastically over the 9 weeks. Reduced fasted cardio yesterday to 25 minutes and took a little step back in yesterday’s push session and weight still dropped this morning by 0.15kg. But water retention where my sock has been today is just making me paranoid now

When you first put GH in did you notice the same level of water retention you are seeing now? Was there a change in your bodyweight when it first went in?

When you say high carb days here and there, how often are these and do you notice any additional water retention the day after?

Did you get any bloodwork done prior to starting your cycle 3 weeks ago?

Hi Tom, that seems like a lot of water retention from just GH and using the bike. Is this just happening around your high carb days? Or is it becoming a regular occurrence regardless of the carb intake.

Did you actually need the high days ?

Are you seeing your weight jump up hard ?

Generally you’ll notice fatigue alongside of water retention & weight increase

You will certainly see it in check shots too

Thanks 🙏 for the reply Kuba, what would you say are the HRT dosages? Cheers 🍻

I implement HRT doses when I start diet

Makes no sense waiting until your metabolism slows down then adding imo – I like to be proactive with this and more so use it as a preventive measure keeping metabolism in a good spot
100 t4

    25 t3

Is a start point then check blood work for more accuracy
Is they a best time to take these? Like before fasted cardio or just take with meal 1?
Fasted away from caffeine as it inhibits absorption
Cheers, do you have to take yohimbine with caffeine? Or doesn’t it make a difference
