Things that i wont be making note of here to address or be concerned of.
HDL – for most people this is always going to be at bottom of range or just under it seems however yours a little lower than I normally see – now alot of this is genetic but I wold be upping my omega 3 to 6g daily if not doing so already and potentially adding in 3g krill oil on top.
CRP/CK etc is just inflammation markers and normally seen as high
Creatinine and UREA – again we normally see these high due to protein intake and supplement use so this would not concern me.
ALt – this is defo on the higher side which I would be a little concerned of as you have been cruising for a good period of time and taking full dose vital support – have you been taking any other medications at all or been ill ? How long did you rest before taking blood –
in reality this level is not a cause for concern as this number can trend up very high indeed but its not great that its still showing this much sign of inflammation IMO.
Hormone health looks fine to me – I would always favour E2 being top end of range or just over as long as were not getting any high E2 sides
Thanks for the response mate
I trained the day before which I know is not ideal however I’ll be getting another liver function test done in a few more weeks and I’m going to make sure I have at least 2 rest days prior to that
No E2 sides, I feel pretty spot on with levels at the higher end
Cheers man

How you feeling from an energy stand point ?
Conteh organ silllrt can go in bin based of these get some proper supps in and vital support in.
Alt will be affected by trainjng and higher protein diet that’s normal – who ever is helping / getting blood work with should know this
I’ve read the symptoms of liver damage online and fatigue and weakness is one but luckily my energy levels seem okay, I have had light coloured stool for a while now and slight swelling on my ankles from where my socks have been.
I’ve got another blood test next week with my GP after shaking then my previous ALT results, hopefully they help but I know what they’re like
I have been told training and higher protein diet causes ALT to be skewed, have you seen yours or any clients ALT higher then usual from training or diet? Just curious to how much higher it would potentially go from this, with obvs a good health stack in place too
-
J nailed it
ALT is super high bud – have you been taking any medication ? Drinking at all ?
Are you taking TBJP vital support ? If nit you need to be taking this year round based on this read
I know which I’m unsure how it’s got so high.
I haven’t been taking medication and last year I only drank twice. Couple of my birthday in October and a couple on NYE.
I am taking vital support now, I didn’t do for the last month or so due to running out. I also got SN liver stack too
This should help massively with getting that back in line IF you have PEDs you NEED health supps in to keep your healthy
Of course, I’ve had vital support into my health stack since then. It was only one month whilst I was on cycle I had Conteh organ defence instead on vital support. It’s still really baffling how it got so out of range as a month prior to starting my cycle it was in range. I had my liver function results again this week and it has gone down slightly -
Vital will have you set , you don’t need anything else ontop
Okay I’ll stick to just Vital, how long you think I should give it before re testing my liver function?

Lingering eq , it’s a much longer ester , keeping your e2 lower. Couple more weeks and you will be fine 🙂
Thanks for that Jordan, hopefully back to normal soon then

I would add curcumin to that stack and focus on recovery / sleep / good nutrition as im sure you are, the re taking bloods in 3-4 weeks again so see some of those reds improve down like cholesterol, creatinine etc
Could also blood let 1 or 2 times to bring down blood thickness
Im sure others will add to this if they see something I haven’t
Thanks mate, I was taking curcumin but also ran out of that too but I’ll have to get a order put it

Cream of Rice, Whey Isolate and berries is a perfect, fast and easy digesting pre or post workout meal.
Thanks for you response
I do have COR for my pre, with isolate, PB, honey, banana and tried it for post workout too with just isolate and berries. I’ve just got to the point where after gym it’s feels effort to eating anything and just feel like downing something now, I do have HBCD in my intra as well
Hey Tom – I think Clare is meaning for you to do a shake with your cream of rice etc – if you pop it in a blender before you go and then put it into a shaker to take with you to the gym means you do have to eat anything 🙂
Ahhh I see, I’ll have to give that a try cheers Meg!
