    Lingering eq , it’s a much longer ester , keeping your e2 lower. Couple more weeks and you will be fine 🙂

    Nice progress mate well done

    I would add curcumin to that stack and focus on recovery / sleep / good nutrition as im sure you are, the re taking bloods in 3-4 weeks again so see some of those reds improve down like cholesterol, creatinine etc

    Could also blood let 1 or 2 times to bring down blood thickness

    Im sure others will add to this if they see something I haven’t

    Thanks mate, I was taking curcumin but also ran out of that too but I’ll have to get a order put it

    I do have COR for my pre, with isolate, PB, honey, banana and tried it for post workout too with just isolate and berries. I’ve just got to the point where after gym it’s feels effort to eating anything and just feel like downing something now, I do have HBCD in my intra as well[/quote]

    Hey Tom – I think Clare is meaning for you to do a shake with your cream of rice etc – if you pop it in a blender before you go and then put it into a shaker to take with you to the gym means you do have to eat anything 🙂 [/quote]

    I think it’s wise you’re getting readings done, but also levels vary so much form person to person it’s hard to diagnose it properly. Personally when I use npp / deca I lose libido. Especially when it’s that high compared to rest. If it’s ME id drop the npp out, increase test to 500-600 and maybe raise eq to 300. But again, this is me, and every can respond very differently

    After getting my blood results back I will be putting test up regardless

    If I was so drop out NPP (which I am considering as this seems to be the only problem for me atm) will my prolactin level come down on there own? Or will have have to implement some P5P to help that come down?

    Hey buddy, should be fine but what I actually used to do when using insulin was carry around a cool medi pack. Somewhat like a pencil case with an ice pack inside. I found it online somewhere. Very handy in these situations!

    I have this too, you can literally get it from amazon for around £15 and it doesn’t take up much room at all. Also pretty useful if you have HGH pre / post training [/quote]

    If the added compounds are not working for you then remove them both. Stick with test and see how that goes. Then after some time you can add another compound at a low dose one at a time. Trial and error to see what works for you. I find hcg great for sex drive, estrogen is not all bad but it all depends on the individual and their response to different compounds. Like Hilly said it could be high e2 low.e2, prolactin, free testosterone the list goes on. Your body is trying to find homeostasis so it can function, when we add drugs its constantly adjusting and converting hormones to achieve some type of balance.

    Get bloods otherwise it’s guesswork

    Once you’ve got them, report back and we can tell you what to add/remove

    Could be high E2

    Could be low E2

    Could be proloactin

    could be fake gear.

    Hence you can see why we always recommend getting blood work done

    I’ll be getting bloods booked it cheers

    I use quanta too so should still be good gear

    Okay yeah that wouldn’t go well, I put EQ in my cycle as I wanted it to control E2 as it’s cheaper and higher dosed then pirmo and mast causes me itchy scalp/hair loss.

    I’ve never ran EQ, is it true it can lower your oestrogen levels? Feel like my skin feels a bit dryer then usually and I have very very slight water retention in my ankles.

    I planned on lowering EQ to 200mg and up test to 300mg, see if libido picks up, it’s not completely gone there’s just a less drive then previously
