I had gyno surgery about 3 years ago due to pre pubescent gyno that had matured. Cost was about 5000aud so about 2500gpb. My surgeon also recommended leaving some gland under the nipple to prevent collapse. My advice from surgeon regarding training was 1 week off completely, 2nd week light cardio was allowed, 3rd week light leg training allowed, 4th week light upper body training that doesn’t stretch the chest and week 5 and 6 were a slow return to upper body training. Reason for length of lay-off I believe is to prevent internal bleeding or tear any stitches. My bruising was quite severe and first 2 weeks the pain was very present. Results are fantastic, couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend to anyone that has serious issues with gyno. Hope any of this helps.

Hey Luke, watched your video today on CBD and thought you might find this video interesting, it’s an excerpt from an interview that Joe Rogan did with Mathew Walker who’s a professor of neuroscience at Berkeley.
