Only reason I am still on cycle also is because bloods allow me to be as everything is in range, and also I still wanna grow and gain a lot more tissue so my goals are reflected of this

High prolactin can defo cause issues.
I would retest bloods in 4-5 weeks to asses were prolactin is and were sex drive is and see if it needs bringing down further.
Can you re confirm cycle please as im presuming it isn’t test and test
Also what was the range of the E2 – as that looks pretty close to bottom end of the UK range and even tho its in range this can also cause low sex drive

Few of options to me if you dont like or feel good on primo and IMO all will work fine an
1 – 200mg EQ – this will control E2 better than both mast and primo for most IME.
2 – Reduce test a little, add in proviron at 25mg daly – switch to a daily injection frequency.
3 – add a very low dose Adex like 0.25mg twice a week
However I am going to bet that the reason you have felt bad on primo before is that it drove your E2 to low and like Kuba says its your cycle design that is off as its not ideal for you based on blood work.
what I would do personally is run 300mg test, 150mg primo and 150mg mast – Run this for 5 weeks splitting jabs MWF and include 25mg proviron daily. I would then test hormones at week 5 and asses were your hormones are alongside how you feel etc and then use all of this information to tweak things and then continue there and retest bloods in another 5-6 weeks.
What you need to do is put the work in to find what works best for you and were your hormones need to be to get you feeling and progressing the best.
Also to add – the drugs and dosing you are using is very unlikely risk for health at all TBH – However again your only able to establish the based off blood work. Until you do this your just guessing/pissing in the wind so to speak

I have blood work back in 3 days but again you say that these dosages and drugs I am using arent a risk for health at all how long could you stay on 300test 300mast for and it not be a problem at all for health? I only cruised for about 5 weeks on 150mg test before bumping back up again

I feel great on just the combo of test and mast together on both drugs I feel awesome! Last time I ran them at 300test and 300mg masteron but this left my e2 still very high because masteron doesn’t actually even touch my e2 it just acts more as a serm hence the reason I was asking when using both should I just use AI to bring estrogen down

If I’m on 300/300 of each bro at this dose of test I’m holding a lot of water and have bloat, and slightly puffy nipples also which tells estrogen is too high. For me masteron doesn’t seem to bring my e2 down at all it just acts like a serm whereas primo does massively bring my e2 down hard[/quote]
2 options that are smarter
Swap some mast for primo
Or lower test and increase your primo
No need to add more drugs on top of drugs when you can just adjust the stack to suit [/quote]

This is pretty simple for me. Adjust the stack design as Kuba states.
Then run bloods. Assess the response and go from there buddy
So would you bring test down and bring mast up here bud? I didint really want to use primo on top because again I’m just using more anabolics which again is risky for health that’s all. So test down a bit and mast up a bit?
