As far as anabolics go shall I just leave the test at 150mg or higher it? Any use for deca or eq for the collagen benefits?

4iu hgh
Joint stack, health stack, must 5 bundle.
Would I benefit at all from increasing the test ? Or even adding another anabolic in the mix ? Or would that not be good for the tendon.
Any help greatly appreciated

What would you say are the best methods to keep insulin sensitivity in check kuba? I’m not overeating as I’m currently in a cut and even when I’m cutting I very slowly progress my food and never binge

Well done last night bish, unreal performance. I was there and the atmosphere was crazy. You looked looked lazer focused from start to finish. As soon as you started the deadlift ladder I knew there and then you’d have it.

Hi Adam when you talk about squat variations do you squat in a desdlift stance to help build that movement pattern or do you squat wider? Thanks

Hi Adam I’ve been reading back through your log and notice you alternate hesvy and speed deadlifts week by week. On a Speed week you do 8 sets of 2 at a submaximal weight. What’s the rest time in-between them sets ?

Such a shame about the injury adam and I wish you a speedy recovery. I strongly belive you were the only person that stood a chance of the 505kg. Not slating any other lifters as there’s some fantastic athletes out there but I’ve seen none of them pull the same weights you did at such speed

What suit are you using adam? Seen that 380kg pull snd it wad absolute madness. I have never in my life seen weight move that quick. I think that could have been the fastest 380kg pull ever

Hi Adam do you find that heavier bodyweight helps with deadlift? As in the bigger you get the more you can lift ?
