You should be able to do some leg exercises, leg extension, ham curl, adductors.
I would run something like this
Push
Pull
Rest
Legs
Rest
Upper
Repeat

I agree here.
If you feel like it’s been a long time dieting next time be more aggressive with it.16 weeks is a nice amount of time but you’ve been dieting since January which is nearly 6 months.

You look pretty lean here – i would still want a little bit more off and to see that midsection leaner – as long as performance in gym is fine and your food focus etc isn’t crazy I would keep going and drop another 2-3kg – youll look nuts there and be in a superb spot
Lifts are progressing extremely slow which is expected giving the long duration of dieting. Will aim to drop to 70kg. Thanks hilly

I didn’t use the app to post, i logged in through the website on mobile browser, but i just checked an I already have the app updated, i deleted an redownloaded the app an now i cant seem to login through the app..

Personally if you’re starting with a delt iso on upper a and chest is a focus I’d start with chest on upper b
Then you can start with a tricep iso on lower 2 so that you get a bicep start on lower 1 and then the tricep start on lower 2
Rest looks decent can see how progress goes and adapt as needed
