Thanks for sharing the diet updates. I am planning my growing phase in 7 weeks so I need all the inspiriration I can get.
What is your approach to calculate how much food you need to grow? Is it a fixed amount above maintainence?

Hi Nathan. I don’t post here often, but I am in here almost daily reading all your stuff.
I am trying to learn as much as possible while planning out my 20 week growing phase in 5 weeks time. I see that you start your doses at a certain amount and increase it over your growing phase. I find this very intriguing and I want to try that approach myself. What is the main factor for deciding to up the doses? Is it planned ahead, or when body weight stalls? And how do you juggle this with food intake, when deside to not escalate AS and rather up the food etc?
I hope my question makes sense and sorry if you explained this in detail allready and you have to repeat yourself 🙂

EQ for 4 weeks is very strange. Its one of the longest acting compounds. Its usually recommended to run EQ for 15 weeks to get what you want from it.
I would just to 500mg Test and 400 deca and take it from there.

Jordan, quick question. I have only been apart of the members site for 2 months. I’m still navigating how to use the app on my phone. Should we be able to follow certain athletes that we want to see their feed/posts? Cheers![/quote]
Try to keep general questions about the site or the app to the forum section. This place is for questions regarding Jordans log only.
But yes you should see everything on the app as you can here.

I liked the little announcement in your latest video. Does this mean you will train entire body equally? If so how do you like that change?

My gym has 10 or so pieces from them. Most people maxes out the magazine pieces so it seems like a brand who aims for spas or hotels imo lol. But its ok some of it. Leg extension is awful for example.

I’m a big advocate of knee sleeves as a preventative tool.
I’ve recently purchased the Slingshot GANGSTA knee sleeves, which I genuinely could not be more impressed with.
If you’re coming from using wraps, you will feel more comfortable in a strong sleeve and can then work to a finer one over time if that’s your preference.
If you do go after a set the same, I find them a true fit to the sizing guide.
Thanks for answering. I think I will go with the EliteFts ones I have that is quite thick. Its the same Missy Truscott uses if you want to check out to see the ones I am using. I will use those I guess before going over to the thinner ones from strength shop.😊

I think it’s more of a mental thing when your moving heavy weight, after I stopped using them I found I was lifting the same weight if not more without them! If you are suffering from knee pain I would also suggest supplementing with out join in and osteo pro supplements!
Thats interesting Louis. I will get my hands on those. Thanks

MemberJanuary 14, 2023 at 9:30 am in reply to: Getting rid of knee wraps for goodKnee wraps will actually make your knees worse, your joint is supposed to move as you go into knee flexion wraps prevent your knee actually doing so.
Use sleeves, safer and better option
Wraps are a tool to just move more load nothing else at all
Thanks and yes I agree. I always thought the added comfort and somewhat feeling of stability was a good tradeoff.
I want to move to sleeves I just hope my knees can handle it. 🙂
