I just wanted to update this post. I did continue with my tub of EAAs. Kubas tricked worked well. I just blended it with so little water that I drank it done in 3 seconds and swalled it, and it worked nicely.
However, I got ordered more EAAs from the EU site. And I picked the 1 kg one in the bag. The taste is the same. Orange.. 🙂
The taste is much milder and sweeter in this one and I like it. So either the flavour has changed by design or there was something odd with my previous. 🙂
Most importantly its all good now 🙂

As someone who struggle a bit with flexibility everywhere I have found that I keep my feet as low as possible without the heels coming off in the bottom, and slightly wider than shoulder width a toes slightly pointed out helps my legs travel past my torsoe instead of over it, which allows for more depth/knee flexion.

Thanks so much for putting your log up. And congrats on the everything you accomplished with the placings and joining the TBJP family. 🙂
I was actually curious about the handle you used for the smith-machine. I am using straps, but an attachment seems way better. Where did your gym get it? 🙂

If you are going to upload training vidoes of this journey, 2023 is going to be a awesome year for the rest of us.

Very inspiring to read your thoughts and the issues you have been through lately. Its inspiring because some of us can relate for sure. I have been through BB and then BJJ and fell back on BB for mental health reasons so I find your post here super interesting. So thanks for that. 😊
Since you helped us over many years with your content we want nothing more than to see you happy so wish you the best in 2023 and happy new year to you. Very exciting for what the future has in store for you. 😊🙏🏻

MemberDecember 24, 2022 at 11:53 pm in reply to: 2023 Gaining phase, looking to use HGHYoull get mixed responses here in terms of method of use.
The overall important thing is to just be taking it.
My preferred approach when using in growth phase for most is a MWF dosing of 5-6iu. – ideally ether all pre bed or split into AM and Pre bed.
IMHO I would be wanting to run it for as long as possible based on the goals you have and the fact your not running everything else.
I would be tempted to argue a 4-6 months run will only give you short term benefits such as some fat loss, some improved recovery and better skin/sleep potentially.
To get the most of any potential benefits on muscle building I would be looking to run this year round.
in terms of brand – you just want to make sure what you are running is real – im currently running genx which seems to be decent and has some good feedback.
Pfizer if real is always going to be bang on but that comes with price tag
I actually didn’t know you could take it only on 3 days a week. That makes it easier for me if I can do that. So you mean 5 ius M/W/F for 15 ius a week?
Another question. It’s recommended to if someone wants to use insulin to use it with GH only. Do you see any use of insulin for someone who can’t afford 15 ius a week of GH year round? 🙂

Maybe wrong to of me to bring in genetic outliers like Albert Beckles who placed high at Mr Olympia at very high bodybuilding age.
John Meadows had the fastest progress from the age of 39 to 45. Pretty sure plenty of more examples of people who progressed a lot at a higher age.
I hope mostly it doesn’t become a limiting factor mentally so you limit your self by arbitrary rule that’s necessarily not there. Train hard and have fun with it. Progress will come how small or big and embrace everything you get. 🙂

Aw thank you so much guys, I am genuinely very excited , I have absolutely no doubts about this decision , it will be a very interesting challenge to see how good one can look after such a huge period of such large drug use
Very excited by this. I can’t wait to see whats to come in the future.

MemberDecember 16, 2022 at 10:35 am in reply to: Controlling Estrogen on Test/Primo/NPPSorry for not answering your question, but I am very curious on why you want to lower your estrogen as its something you want to keep as high as possible because it’s a very powerful muscle builder. As you said you have no gyno so it seems fairly obvious to me it’s not an issue.
I believe it’s also very rare that 450 of test should give you too high estrogen with primo. It maybe would be with deca and Dbol. Even that would not be common.
I would just lower the test if for some odd chance your estrogen is out of countrol even at 400 mg.

Seems I am unable to edit my own post.
I meant to say that just because JP or any other doesn’t do a specific exercise, does not mean it’s not a good exercise. He doesn’t do squats or dumbell presses (currently) either but they have both built many great legs and pecs.

“It doesn’t seem that necessary cause I’ve never seen Jordan doing them or any of you on this site for that matter, although some other bodybuilders I respect swear by them.”
My opinion is that just because JP or other people doesnt do them doesn’t make it a good exercise. The pullover has been tried and tested 40 years and is a solid exercise. It does things not many exercises are able to do. The fact that it drops of massively in the short, makes it very very hard in the lengthened and this is why Meadows used it a lot as finisher since forever.
Its one of the few exercises that hits the lat hard in the lenthened while also hitting the teres and serratus muscles.
If you worry about the shortened aspect you can also attach a band do it. Use a thick orange and its very hard in the shortened.

Gyms are first come, first served. Sounds like they have no gym etiquette and at a minimum I would have expected them to ask if it was ok to lift in-front of you.
Usually you’re left in a position where you would have to say ok but like Claire said you could ask to alternate sets so you don’t distract each other.
If someone uses my platform without asking me I’m confrontational about it. I either get them to leave or get them to apologise and ask me if they can use it. I’ve never had a problem with getting one out of the two ^
It depends on what kind of person you are, confrontational/shy ect, but generally if you’re in the right about something then don’t feel afraid to stand up and let them know that or else you’ll go through life being pushed around
I have done the same to others if they were at the same place before. I asked last week when someone was squatting if I could pull behind them between their sets. It was no issue at all.
Usually, I would have responded better by impulse, but somehow because I was just done a new PB and I didn’t actually understand what he meant by his questioning I came across as submissive or apologetic which annoys me still. I didn’t exactly did myself any favours as you say by not responding in a more assertive manner.

I don’t think you did anything wrong . It probably affected you as you won’t do that to anyone else . It’s just the polite person you are.
A thought I have in my head daily before I leave the house , prepare to meet people who are going to behave differently to what you expect, or think is polite , courteous etc . They will behave this way for different reasons which I don’t have time to unpack .
So like in this situation, even though you were there first , next time , simply turn around and deadlift facing the other way maybe . That way their energy doesn’t affect your session at all .
We live in a world that it’s not ran by polite people it seems. Aggressiveness trumps in many cases which I think it’s sad. I could have turned the other way. It would not give me a mirror to look in though so it would be a submission to having a inferior workout/sets for that exercise. 🙂

I think you did everything right to be considerate here. Sometimes its just as easy to to speak to people and say im deadlifting here but i wont affect your session. If we can alternate working sets. I will work in between your sets. Then there is a clear understanding of what your doing to be considerate in the session.
I think you handled yourself pretty well considering
Thanks for the replies guys and Clare. Most people just think “Oh well” and carry on. I have a big tendency to overanalyze these things. Always been that way. It’s easier to put it behind me now as I couldn’t have done it any better, likely.

Sorry in advance to bringing this up here, but I was trying to get hold of you on insta (torandrekongelf83) for a thing you said you would do for me. I know you have been extremely busy lately so it explains why I havent heard anything from you, however if you would would find the time soon to get back to me I would appriciate it. 🙂
Happy to see the sales and the sites going awesome btw and the new gym thing seems very exciting. 🙂
