My answer is it not use Primo or Mast if you worry about hairloss. There are perfectly valid options to those compounds out there. Like Deca or EQ for example.

Increasing reps or load seem to be equally important for progression. So I would focus on that and be mindful of your tempo and be as accurate as possible.

You can drag a bench to cable crossover rack and used cuffs to your wrists to get added weight from the crossover.
Or use a band from your hands around your back to add resistance to your dumbell pressing.

People should do as they want but nothing is better than a well balanced physique for both men and women. And it would be a pain to regret skipping chest to realize after 2 years you must get it on par with everything else.
Also for women I would make all their chest training incline oriented as this is very good for shoulders gains as well.

Have you tried doing lunges last in your leg workout? Its not recommended doing them early with cold knees for the exact reason you mentioned.

It doesn’t matter much in the real world when you take it. And you will find its annoying to organize your day around your gh shots.

If you find what you like the most in terms of what your goals are then who are Jordan or anyone else to tell you should do it differently. ☺️

If not sure what split to use. Go full body untill you can no longer progress with it. If that only takes 3 months then good. You have then exhausted the full body and can continue to something else.

There are many ways to train so there arent any right og wrong. Mostly preference imo. The main factor is to train with a high effort so you progress with your training.
Warm ups are intended to just get joint warm and some blood flow into the muscle and finding the correct weight so when a set has the intention to provide stimulus it stops being a warm up.
I personally disagree that there are sets that are junk volume as any set that provides stimulus is a useful set. And those who arent are warm ups.
Doing 3 sets of 10 with increasing the weight will prevent you slightly from using the highest load you could do for the last set. But I believe that as long as you do this consistantly so you can track progress that is the main thing.
I find its easier to do 2 hard sets then a final failure set with higher weight to ensure I have good proper form all 3 sets. I cant jump to a final all out set and maintain good form and connection with the muscle.

I would also add if I may that even though Jordan put up a video on full body it doesn’t mean its the only way to train now. I am not assuming you do and its ok for you to endavour into full body to try and see. However it might be that what you allready doing is the best thing for you.
Try it for 12 weeks and see. If you do not like it then go back to upper lower or something else that makes sense to you.
