This should not be too much volume at all imo. As it seems less than average.

What drains my recovery the most is compound movements for legs. The only movement I see you do for quads is leg extensions and legs presses for a total of 4 sets.

Not saying anything is wrong. Only curious. 😊

With clients who have jobs like this we have emergency meals in place – So they may keep a shake in the car that matches the macros they need and if they cant eat for what ever reason they slam a shake.

Would it not make sense to have a meal with you or shake meal at 6:30 when finished that visit and then go straight to the gym for say 7:30-8am. Home for 10 and eat – Sleep 11 till 5.

That is one posibility yes. For some silly reason I didnt think of that exact solution. So thank you. 😊 I have been thinking more about food that I get down easy. So switched chicken for pollock etc. Cheers!

Totally agree with Clare and Hilly here. This is just about moving your meal times around, and if necessary, reducing the number of meals you eat, but making some/all of them slightly larger

    Don’t over complicate it mate

Thank you Rich I will try harder to do that.

Problem is that my job is very problematic when it comes to sleep. I work evening and nights as a security guard.

So I have one place to patrol from 7 to 9 pm. Then I go home to eat. Then I continue my shift driving around in a car checking stuff from 11.30 PM to 3.30 Am. I eat from 4 am to 6 am at home then have one final visit ay 6.30 am. Home eat another meal then I workout from 9 am to 11 am.= Sometimes I sleep here if tired and train later. Then I get home and eat from 12 am to 1 pm and sleep to 5pm. Then repeat.

If something happens during all of this I miss a meal. So I was just curious if I should prio sleep over food at this point.

    And yes I am

looking for a new job at this point. Sleep and lack of it is holding me back.

Sounds like you need to organise your day better and get meals in earlier.

Also how much sleep are you getting in and why are you so tired.

For some people based on life situations this does just happen.

Myself for example – I wake at 5 to get my day started so I can have time with my daughter etc and work around her. This mean I also work later on and my meals have to be later. I am tired come 9pm but to get that last meal in and hit my goals I stay awake to eat at 10.

there is no way around it so I get done what needs to be done. I get around 6-6.5 hours sleep and this seems to be sufficient for me.

I dont feel an extra hours sleep would make up a significant difference to compensate for missing all the macros in the meal and my meals are to big to spread it out.

If it needs doing to hit my goals then it gets done

If this is a regular occurrence, then organise your meals and mealtimes so that you’re finished eating by the time you’re likely start falling asleep. If you’re on a lot of food, get up earlier so that you’re able to fit everything in before the evening. If this is just an occasional thing, then get a shake in and go to bed or have a shake ready to have if you wake for the toilet in the night.

Its not regular. 😊 Happen once and a while. Thanks for answering.

I would eat your cals over 5 meals.

I wrote 6 meals as is pretty standard with 6 meals. I could easily wrote 5 as well. Point is that at the end of the day I get very sleepy and sometimes have problem get the last meal. Even if its meal number 5 or 6 😊

What if you split those 40grams of protein into the five meals?

And the next day lets assume I get 4 meals in and get super sleepy on the evening and want to go to bed. What should I do?

I would say 100 mg of Test P Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you run into estrogen related issued then you have to use an AI.

I love the fact that people want to run cycles as clean as possible. But you will never run a cycle without health risks.

    becky, page 94 🙂

the only diff is this weekend i didnt eat back up, and will find a mid week energy balance that doesnt factor in a meal, so i will need probably 3000 cals a day to stay semi lean and fuel the work ( maybe more if i box/strike more)

i want to get a bjj comp in soon, my confidence is re climbing again.

monday i did chris am , pull + cardio pm

yday i did legs + lloyd cooper ( wow amazing !!)

i have chris at mid day today and will box tonight

tmo i have push + cardio + rolling with corinne

Corinnes competitors all pulled out of the comp this weekend for het

Does this mean Corinnes isn’t competing at all or can she compete in another class?

Sorry if this next question isn’t relatable to your log, but you mentioned a EU site launch (I assume thats what it is) for the clothing and nutrition. Have any news on that? 🙂 I also hope all the clothing I want haven’t sold out when its up 🙂

Or you can use powdered oats. You get it in the store next wheat flour etc. Just mix it with water and protein powder.
