Actually, no. I’ve been using most of these months 6iu’s 3x a week, IM pre workout. Just recently I changed to 2iu a day to try and see any other benefits (but it’s been always around this, between 14 to 18iu’s a week)

Ok fair enough. I heard you can actually use it as rarely as that. Thats interesting as well.

I’m bigger and fuller but it’s hard to give credit solely to hgh, since I’m running higher test and nandrolone, and eating more. But my skin is definitely better, I’ve also noticed that my immunity and recovery improved, not just muscular but any healing looks faster
Ok sweet and thats from 2 uis 5 times a week?

So when you start on one said and use every machine next to another you will end up training… around your newborn. π

Also add that its important to communicate with your spouse and tell her you want to keep training and you will work something out together. π

Ok cool. Would it be an idea to do 2 uis on cruise and 4 on cycle? Or just do 2 for an entire year and slowly go up as if can afford it?

When I was your age we had almost no clue compared to what you have today. Everything you need to know is on sites like these and on podcasts on YouTube.
Back then we had magazines with training routines where everything was bro splits and the rest was advertisment for fat burners like Hydrocut.
We ate everything bland with no salt like tuna and rice. Our drug cycles made no sense at all.
So if I could pick having better genetics or ability to be in your shoes I would pick the latter every time.
Jordan had a good point. Ot doesn’t make any difference. What would you have done if you had amazing genetics? Train less?

I see that you adjust your intraworkout (Mps Max and Sustain) as the prep is moving on. Do you have any specific methodology for adjust intra during the prep or you just lower it as prep is going on like any other food? π

On the other hand there is a lot of smaller guys that can pull an incredible amount of weight on conventional deadlifts.
I do deadlifts for fun. If you want massive erectors I would opt for an RDL.
