If there was one thing I could change if I could be 15 again is to start full body 3 times a week and just learn form as good as humanly possible.
Make sure your form is better than everyone else at the gym and take pride in doing your reps perfect and really connect with your exercise.
If you master this and make this the foundation of your training career you are allready ahead of 97% of everyone else.

Ah thank you so much! The unfortunate thing is powerlifting requires no straps and the reason I couldn’t compete recently is because I need a hand operation so it wouldn’t be an option right now but it won’t stop me from progressing with straps on and just getting stronger π―

Thanks Max. I use the term anti ageing loosely.
Where is it best placed to get the best benefit? Assume before bed for sleep and before cardio/training for body composition? Or does it not overly matter?
I like to quote Dusty Hanshaw when it comes to timing of GH. Take it when you will not forget.

Would you say that the total amount of drugs for a cutting cycle can be less than a bulking cycle?
If I do 500/400 Test and Deca in off season I could do 300/200 during a cut?
It seems logical to me that you don’t need as much gear to just keep muscle during a cut as you need to gain new tissue in the off season.

My opinion is that logbooking for tracking progress is useful as a tool to have.
To use it as a way to beat numbers every single workout is not a good idea for 95% of people in my opinion.
In order to use it correctly requires tremendous skill, discipline and mental toughness and an ability to attack sets few people have. Jordan has it and few others on this site has it. But these are anomolies.
The rest gets so attached to beating numbers everytime and lack the ability to do absolutely everything outside and inside the gym to make it happen and keep the internal stimulus on the muscle.
For most people is better to focus on form and tension on the muscle at all times and let the progression happen naturally. It will happen if you tick all the boxes.

I googled the Watson Hack and I assume its brutal because the high incline. Which is about the same as the Panatta Hack at my gym which also cause knee problems.
One way I solved it was to reverse band it. Normally I am against reversebanding a hack because the point of a hack is to load at high knee flexion. But you can give it a try.

The fact that you are so short of pulling 300kg and do the greatest lift in history for your weight class and also so young is totally mind boggling to me. And you are basically natural at this moment.
Is it tempting to do a powerlifting meet just for the deadlift? π

Hoping E2 on the lower side is also better for fat loss which I am presuming is the goal with you being at 15%
So here is the main use of masteron for you.
It also has a benefit in terms of the neurological process in our body I believe and thus can increase performance.
it will also increase overall AAS load as it is a AAs so will help towards muscle growth.
Seems ideal for yourself and there is none of the stress that comes with Tren.
Now if you wanting to use Tren to I see no issues with that.
However I would be opting for something like.
300mg test, 300mg masteron and 150mg Tren A – these doses split over 3 injections MWF.
This is lower than your intended dose and will IMO give just as good if not better results in terms of balancing health alongside performance and progress.
Also Peter. Generally would you say that doses on a cut can be lower compared to a gaining phase.
My main goal for the cut is to agressively as possible reduce calories while maintaining muscle. Seems to me you need less maintain compared to adding new tissue.

Thanks a lot buddy. I always take your suggestions to heart even though I must admit lowering the doses is something I am concerned about doing in fear of not growing enough muscle.
But again, your reasoning for it is solid. So I will adjust accordingly.

Of course. Remember there are no exercises that you must do. Including squats and deadlifts.
