So I do very well with test and anadrol so I’ll work test up to around 500 and add anadrol too. I really want to give deca a go again too. I like how it makes me feel and recovery / joint benefits too. I’ll start deca at 200 then work up to 300-400.
Sound good? I’m very basic with my cycles
I think there is nothing that beats test, deca and anadrol if you want size and strength. So I think its a great idea of you like them.
That you can make enough improvments on such low dose is fantastic.
My last cycle was 600/600 a week and 50mg anadrol a day for comparison.

Good to see you updating. Can I ask if you have plans for the cycle over the winter? Do you plan on just sticking to test or do you add something else to bulk?

Hey Louis. Do you notice and help from the yoga classes for your lifting in the gym? Increase range of motion on certain exercises?
Also wondering if yoga helped you reduce stress which again prevents cortisol from rising.
Thanks in advance buddy.

Hey!! I’m not entirely sure right now I don’t have a video slot. I’ll speak to JP see if they can fit me in
Thanks for answering.
Your content is so good because you go so hard.

If you do both then do the DB first and cable after as its easier to contract hard at the end of the movement when you are less fatigued.

This is only my humble opinion but I think the split doesnt really matter if it has the same amount of volume within the same time period.
Go with the split that you enjoy the most, makes you want to train with the highest amount of effort for years.
Personally my issue with PPL is that I dont like to train for 3 hours so I would pick the latter option.

I did some testing today with side shots of holding the SSB pushing the handles up to see much forward tilt I would get.
And I also did a regular high bar squat and that made my back a bit more upright and more quad dominant.
@Kierajaston probably can give me some insight here if she wants.
Personally I hope I get enough leg development from the SSB with the wedge. Those felt really nice.

Oh my, a new clothing drop!
Thanks for the spoiler Jordan.

Hey Kamara. So nice to read your log. Good to you grinding away. Do you know if you have any video content for the site on the horizon?

Cool to see you rolling with Jordan on Instagram. More stuff like that is welcome.

Yes you are probably right. I guess a hip dominant leg movement isnt all that bad. I went over to leg presses and I think I got those pretty quad dominant at least.

MemberSeptember 1, 2022 at 4:03 am in reply to: Hip dominant squats good for overall leg growth.Hey buddy! Personally I like to mainly focus on quads when squatting so I’ll squat pretty narrow with feet facing forward with high bar and make sure I push my knees right over my toes! You won’t be able to load as much but will batter your quads! For overall leg development you may want to squat low bar with a wider stance!
Thanks Louis. I wish I had the flexibility to do that. Overall my flexibility is not good but I will give it a try.

MemberSeptember 1, 2022 at 4:02 am in reply to: Hip dominant squats good for overall leg growth.I see no problem in including this squat in your programme for overall leg development of then it is supplemented with some quad/knee dominant movements such as heel elevated squats, hack squats or leg extensions etc.
I think you could say a little more upright on this squat but this might be a long term work on for you. Also footwear choice could be a little better, I’d recommend a weightlifting shoe with a heel elevation as it looks like you have some slightly limited ankle mobility
Thank Adam. Yes you are right. I am doing Smith Squats, Leg Presses and a bunch of other quad exercises.
I will look into the show thing. And you are right. My ankle mobility is not great.

Hey again Kuba. I see you often do a seated prime row. We have a similar one at my gym by Panatta. (Gym owners in Norway seem to have an obsession over Technogym or Panatta) May not be as good as Prime, however I wondered if this is a good replacement for standard one-arm dumbell rows. In some gyms the dumbells arent heavy enough. In both exercises the elbow travels along the tigh to across the hip.
Depends which one it is, would be helpful if you could send me a picture so I can help further[/quote]
We have a row like this at my gym as well. Its an old panatta machine. However its very much the same movement pattern.
