    Hi mate

I do 20g MPSmax, 10g EAA, 5g creatine just before I start my session.

Pre meal is about 2hrs before that, PWO meal is immediately on finishing

Thanks Rich. Thats a good alternative

So fun with the updates. If you do not mind me asking, what did you notice the first time you used insulin. Better performance? Better pumps? Etc? 🙂

When you used Anadrol did you start at 100-150 mgs a day or did you work your way up there from 50 or so? 🙂

I always start at 50 for sure. Then 100 for the most part but I have played with 150-200 quite often.[/quote]

Thanks, and again if you may. Do you start low and work up with injectables as well?

Focus on eaa or pepto pro , 50g is a lot , so for that to be really ideal – the 50g would come from a wide range of aminos including glutamine , creatine , beta alanine , carnitine ( all are aminos ) . In short mps max + creatine

Thanks for clearing that up Jordan 🙂

I believe that this is extremely induvidual. It depends a lot on your age, if you used testosterone before, how your body aromatize testosterone into estrogen and how many side effects you experienced with it.

After spending 8 years reading up on steroid use and compounds my current standpoint is that this is something you have to experiment with for yourself.

Start low, monitor performance, look for sides, watch bloodwork and see. The answer for you might be anything from 200 mgs to 1000 mgs and the answer will also change from now and 10 years down the line.

The list of things I’ve done that most say shouldn’t be done is quite long : D

Thats one of the things I like about you. I hear people say “You shouldnt do rack pulls” “You shouldnt do pump workouts” “You shouldnt do Anadrol in the off season” “You should only get 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight”

And then we have Sas who does Rackpulls on Anadrol with 1 minute rest breaks and eating 350 grams of protein a day and is killing it! I like that a lot! People should be allowed to experiment.

Yesterdays session was great. Headed to Cojos for a quiet session, there is something about training in a private gym that makes it so much better. The ability to get on with your workout without being distrusted is amazing.

I was reunited with the smith machine and so spent the majority of my session using it. Started with heel elevated squats and then moved onto split squats. Finished off with hip press, leg extension, adductor and calves.

I assume you do hams on a separate day? How does a typical ham workout look like? 🙂

Hellooooo! Hope you’re all good! So busy morning of client work and then walked the dogs. Trained my hamstring dominant day today. Minus my hip hinge I’m not doing that every other week as for some reason it’s just taking me a little longer to recover from as I’m getting stronger. I’m going to do a full update of my food tomorrow as I know it’s been awhile since I’ve done a full update. X

Looking forward to that food update. Been a while since I asked you for one. 😄 Training video tomorrow as well. Happy days.

Aw thank you so much guys, I am genuinely very excited , I have absolutely no doubts about this decision , it will be a very interesting challenge to see how good one can look after such a huge period of such large drug use

Thanks for always answering my questions. 🙂

You wrote that you did no GH in the off season, but you did run insulin pre workout if I remember correct ly. Does this mean you ran insulin without GH and this worked well for you? Some say you should run them together. I am using slin for the first time soon, but I am wonder if running it with GH is really a must. 🙂

Thanks for the long update. Its very interesting to read.

Do you plan to use insulin even when you drop the GH or do you think that for you, you must always run them both together? 🙂

What I really like is that you do not follow a specific dogma for training or eating methods. You just go by what you feel and your instinct and it works so well.

Many people want specifics on how many sets, how many reps in reserve, time of day to take their GH, etc etc. I think people should be better at experimenting and find out what works for them. Just like you did. Keep going Sas! 👍🙂

Doesn’t whatever app you use to track automatically log those things anyway? Just something to consider, but, during my last off-season, I ate 1000g of rice per day at peak intakes (dry weight). That is 67g of additional trace protein and 7g of additional trace fat or roughly 331kcal worth of trace calories. I ate the same meal plan every day so it was accounted for regardless, but, if you don’t eat the same thing, the bigger you get, the more you eat, the bigger these trace numbers are going to get, too. It’s enough to completely erase/create a surplus/deficit. 67g of protein is a lot of protein to just ignore. And that doesn’t count protein from fruit, veggies, nuts, and other carb sources. All together, it was probably 100g of trace protein per day. Again, just a lot to ignore unless you’re accounting for it one way or the other.

Not using an app. I am a bit old school and use a Excel spreadsheet.

Yes in huge amount the trace macros matter. But if you use the same method all the time, it should not make any difference in the real world. I was more interested in what method people used 🙂 Also by not tracing macros it almost forces you to eat cleaner food with less trace macros. Do not eat chicken wings, eat chicken breast etc 🙂
