Being a smaller dude my push will start at 3000 kcal so there is not enough carbs in place I believe in the beginning to justify any slin use? But when I surpass 500-600gof of karbs a day

Hey. I actually would like to know what you do with the rice flakes. Do you just blend them dry and cold into the water and protein powder? Or do you cook them like regular rice or preheat in the oven like many do with oatmeal etc? π Thanks bud

Appriciate the diet update Kuba. Do you think it matters if you use whey as a protein source or COR as a carb source pre and post workout? I somehow always done it like this, but I see you use actual food as food sources around training.

What is the benefit of increasing food in smaller increments instead of going straight to maintenance? Can a too big jump up in food mess with digestion? π

I actually do not believe you are meant to take the diet planner that literally.
I just look at the daily macros and spread them around as wisely as I can. Majority of the carbs around training etc. π

Nice to hear your diet has gone really well, amazing youβve been able to reach a new condition marker.
If youβre not comp lean. I would go to maintenance and then slowly build from there after the body has come up in BW and settled a little.
I would go by your weekly look / weight change as to what you do with bumps from there as you canβt predict when or how much

I have a very simple question for you. Or 2 actually π
1. Do you count the protein from MPS Max into your daily protein intake. I believe a serving of 22grams has 10 grams of protein in amino acids.
2. What is your flavour for CoR and Whey Iso? And do you blend them together? π

If you gain bf easily and do not have a high output on non training days via your lifestyle, you can decrease carbs but id leave protein and fat the same
The amount just depends on you, your progress, recovery, output etc

If your output is that high day to day then you may very well not need a reduction in kcal at all β I would be setting it up so the only thing different/removed was likely the peri workout nutrition initially.
I would then asses from here how progress was in terms of performance and body composition and make changes as needed.
Thanks Peter. Currently the output is high because I am a bit of a rush cutting the next 6 weeks. When I am done with cutting then output will be drastically lowered. Probably to 8k steps. Which is easily obtained just from walking to gym and back. π

Forgot to mention that my activity is high, 20000-25000 steps. So driven to finally get in shape.
