Ye there will be at some point , I’m just really enjoying the training atm, we have filmed content for literally a decade now, so while I’m doing this, I’m keen to just enjoy it all rather than have to be creating content 🙂 . At some point I defo will do something
Totally understand it must be a very positive change to just train and not having to think about creating content. But we all have our fingers crossed for something in the future. 🙂

Nice to see you being so happy Jordan.
Your sessions look interesting and different to what we are used to for pure BB. Fun to read about them. It must really be helpful for your BJJ.
This has probably been asked before, but do you have any content for the site with you and Corinne coming soon? Maybe make some videos on your training sessions. I know people would love to see you do “Day in the life” stuff 🙂

Jordan been on IG so long he knew you were going to be a dick before you did, so he blocked you to save you from yourself. 😅 Just kidding ofc

And yes also if you believe everything you read on the internet about training and nutrition at the same time you will get confused.

Hi mate, I hate to be boring, but it’s hard to know what’s too much volume for anyone without knowing more about their life circumstances
At a glance, I would suggest it’s unlikely to be too high, but for all I know you could work 14 hour days, have 9 month old twins, a puppy, and insomnia.
I’m clearly being extreme, but you get the point
But should i Include the fact that i am natty when deciding how much volume I should do?
Not really. There are natties that recover better from higher volumes than people on gear.
I suggest ramping up voluming over a period of time then pull back when you feel its too much

Hey Tor-Andre! I hope you’re ok and enjoyed the video!
Yes! The show in Norway is the 15th October! 😄 that would be awesome! IF I turn pro before, then I would need to check to see if the show has a pro bikini class or not. But if I don’t, then I will be competing as an amateur trying to get my pro card 😄🤌🏻
Ok got it! I will keep an eye for it. 🙂 Good luck!

Hey Jordan
Do you think this is a good ham and glute focused leg day?:
Standing ham curl
RDL
Lying ham curl
Single Leg glute biased leg press (horisontal)
Leg extencions
Calveraise
Everything is two sets except for calves, i do tree sets for calves.
Most friendly reminder 🙂 Try to keep questions related to JPs log and what he is doing. Questions like “How does this work for me” doesn’t actually have anything to do with Jordans training or him at all. 🙂 Kuba as has a good Q and A thread you can ask those things or the training subforum 🙂
Okay, sorry i am new here🙂
No worries most of us do this in the beginning.

I saw your IG stories ordering cocktails on saturday and I was absolutely sure you would get smashed. How was the following sunday? Get affected by hangover a lot with your weight and drinking at low frequency, but high volume and intensity? 🙂

Hey Phoebe. You said in your recent video that you are going to compete here in Norway. When and where is this? It would be fun for me to come and watch and show some support.

A bulking phase can be as long as you want based on how progress is and what is going on in terms of body comp.
I as do all others here like to run pull backs/mini cuts if the need arises however if you do thinks properly and take the right time you should be able to limit the need for these.
If your getting to fat, digestion becomes skewed or performance dips then you may need a little reset/pull back
Thank you! 😀

MemberJune 11, 2022 at 5:17 pm in reply to: How short can a successful bulk phase be?You can’t really go by a set number of weeks. The key is to start a gaining phase in a lean and responsive position and then slowly push weight up as and when performance starts to stall or you’ve had a long period of time at the same scale weight, yet body composition and health markers are still in a good place. You want to stay in a gaining phase for as long as possible and try to avoid the need to cut or tidy up unless it’s absolutely necessary. So it’s really a case of executing, keeping an eye on the mirror, the scale, your performance, your health and how you feel and reacting to that. If you get to a point where you’re beginning to feel sluggish, performance is declining, appetite/digestion is becoming affected and/or bodyfat accumulation is getting too high, then a short ‘mini cut’ can then be implemented to get your body responsive again, before you continue to push back up.
Thats sounds like a very intelligent and logical way of looking at it. Thank you

It’s definitely not silly, you’ve identified a very real problem with extended periods of weight gain.
You will notice that most of the gang on here will actively assess where they are, and at a point where BF looks to be getting too high (whatever that is deemed to be by the individual/coach) there will be a reaction. This might quite often be a tidy up phase to get things back in check
Have a run through some of the logs to find examples of how this is executed.
Hope that’s a helpful start point.
Ok thanks for that Rich 🙂

As far as I know, elevated prolactin is usually the cause of this, as it can drastically decrease sensitivity, sometimes causing issues (not in your case). So tren and deca are the ones responsible for elevating it, sometimes if estrogen is too high, it can elevate prolactin without any 19nor present also But it’s very person to person dependent, as in my case, it doesn’t change anything in that aspect.
Thank you

This happens to some people and is defo hormone related likely prolactin/progesterone as mentioned above.
I would get your hormones checked so you can see what is what.
It also could be very much in your mind – being assisted tends to bring about more confidence and being more sure of yourself and may of distracted from the thoughts/excitement you may of been experiencing before that was causing the issue
Yes this makes total sense. Thank you
