No problem mate , your account should of been blocked but I saw it was yours so didn’t ?
Highly appriciated! I hate to spend/waste space in your log about support stuff, so apologize. I just want to let you know that I can’t find where to edit my payment info anywhere. I sent an email to support, waiting for a reply. 🙂
Anyways, cool to watch how you balance the BJJ, conditioning and strength stuff. I didn’t even know it was possible to get all that work in. You are a machine!

Not to mention that 90% of the training advice on Tiktok is complete BS most of the time. By “new age” fitness gurus and coaches.

I like reading your content a lot and also the video that was released yesterday. Thank you.

Agree with the above. Training intensity and volume stays the same while dietting. Just keep in mind your ability to recover from training might get reduced so you have to get enough sleep and rest moreso than ever.

Peak strength is down , I don’t have the power To match my previous10 rep stuff , if I was using gear , yes my 10 rep would be at all time pb aswell
You also need to check your account mate and your payment please to be on here
Ok I see.
Ok thanks for letting me know. I lost my card and got a new one so I need to update my card info everywhere. 🙂 Thanks

Thanks for the video that came out today. Your videos on the site are my favourite because of so much insight you provide into your training.
I wanted to ask you this for quite some time:
Would you say your training is influenced by John Meadows? As I have been running his programs which I do like very much I can’t help to notice quite a lot of similarities between his style and your style.
For example you start with a machine press, before going into smith machine presses. You finish off with push ups which he also did quite a lot.
You alternate training abs and calves for every sessions, something he did quite a lot as well.
Your leg days you start with hams and adductors before moving on to quads. This is what I have noticed so far.
I am quite open to the very likely possibility that you just came to your own conclusions on how to do things, and they just happen to align with his, but I wanted to ask anyway 🙂

Cracking session today, I banged up some videos on Instagram and listed the session there !
I can’t tell you how much the work andy gave me after the session fucked me up, it was so gd! Fitness is flying now and I feel SO much healthier each week from it , my weight has stagnated again a bit at 248 , but I don’t want to lower my cals because I need them to drive the fitness , the mass will keep coming off but I really want to be sub 240 ASAP , another ten pounds gone again will make fitness bjj and life feel incredible ! And I know I can still hold gd high rep strength even with another ten pounds gone.
Not much else from me ?
Nice to read everything is going so well for you. You mentioned many times the phrase “Getting as strong as possible, across all rep ranges” So when I see you do all time pbs the other day with 408kg on the leg press for 37 reps, I assume your 10 RM on the leg press is either the same or a bit lower now? Or will the strength increase in your high rep stuff also translate into more strength in lower rep ranges as well?
(I assume not, because different muscle fiber stuff, and stamina etc, but just want to double check).[/quote]

For me it’s the word ‘obsessed’ that gets me to think right away that you are getting to a point of over analysis here which eventually creates paralysis in the end .
Whilst your intentions are good and are to fully bias the quad , during that process you have to be pragmatic and any options that’ll limit load exposure need to be looked at twice .
So find a medium ground & as max mentions , play with different wedges and machines but IMO I’ll always go with the stance and the set up where I’m the most strongest whilst still with the best intent of bias .Thank you Oscar. Very helpfull 🙂

MemberMay 12, 2022 at 12:24 pm in reply to: Building quads with knee behind ankle. So the thing that it ultimately comes down to is, – which foot position are you able to most comfortably load and progress in a safe manner. If youre taking a quad bias stance, but your putting yourself in an awkward position or your ankle flexbility is so bad that is makes thing not feel right then dont do it simple as.
Have a play around, with wedges, heels, machines that allow you to manipulate your centre of mass at will to allow you to more easily get into those postions, such as a smith machine squat, squat machine ect. – but dont force it. There are many factors at play that just dont allow a lot of people to comfortably get knee flexion that way
Thank you. I learned a lot from that. 🙂

TBJP clothing all the way. No matter the situation 🙂

Personally I get most of this with high test and dbol.

You can make more progress on the same dose for you next cycle. Remember there are several things that goes into training. Like on your 2nd cycle you probably have improved your ability to train in a way that results into internal stimulus rather than just moving weight up and down. And your ability to eat more and better food and managing your recovery. So you get more out of your 300mg that way 🙂

Jordan , ye it’s funny how you can just switch focus and then crack on , I did it before when I played rugby , I literally a matter of months before deciding I wanted to do bodybuilding , I played for England u18 , but once I got dropped by wasps after that, I was like ok fuck this let’s have a crack at this bodybuilding shit – few months later was onstage . Feels much the same here now, it’s the same mindset just switch the focus . Atm my bjj is frustrating , but just because of my body weight , I know for an absolutely fact that in a few years time I will be competing at world championship level – just because when you understand how to reach goals , the goal itself is irrelevant , you just do the work and that’s it ? , that’s what I really want this log to help those that are on the other side of bodybuilding with , to understand that you can do anything you set your mind to! And that it’s ok to have wobbles too, I have them and I share them all on here ! It’s taken me over a year to get to this place of being on legit trt and on the way to being healthy again , but also still trying to look good and be proud of a physique ? , we can defo have it all if we work for it
Food wise , well it depends how many days I do before I then eat some cake haha! At the weekend I finished off some Easter choc. But then from sun – today I have been at 2200
Ish cals , sat night I will have a banging meal
Out with Corinne and probably have a couple cocktails , so that will bring my weekly cals back Up a bit and then I will go back to low cals sun onwards again and drop off more weight ?I am so excited to follow your BJJ. (I am 2 stripe whitebelt myself). BJJ is the most rewarding and frustrating thing you can do to my knowledge. But with your mindset I believe your will have it easier than most. 🙂
