Is this just the first 3 days of this meal plan set up or have you been running this current exact set up for a while and this drop has happened randomly.
As if your only 3 days on the plan then your food may simply be to low.
If its been a while on the plan then it could likely be from reasons mentioned above.
I have been on this plan for 7 weeks now. It seems pretty random. However I just recalled another factor of importance. I dropped Dianabol 5 days ago so it would be reasonable that some water weight from that has come off.
Haha – there is your only answer lol
Indeed. Note to self: Do not forget about the Dbol 🙂

My main reason for using EQ is that I feel really good on it. Both mentally and in my workouts 🙂 I stack with Test and Deca instead of orals. 🙂

I also wish I could edit my post so I could correct “Fluxuations” to “Fluctuations” lol ?
Haha no stress!! But yes I completely agree with the above here!! Weight fluctuations are very normal in not only prep but also in an off-season! There are many variables in which could affect this, stress, sleep, water, salt, cycle etc
Weighing daily across the week and making note of this can help track, then you can reassess if maybe more food is needed, lower output etc
Ok thanks. The reason it was so unexpected is that I am eating so much food that going down in weight seemed so strange. I was expecting fluctuations, but only in how much I was gaining weight. 🙂

I have a suggestion for a goal if you want to do crazy stuff no one has ever done before:
Compete in BJJ and classic physique on the same day. ?
At his height and muscle the man has I don’t think he would get there unless he totally stopped lifting and eating ?
Corinne, if you are reading this. Hide the keys to Cojos 🙂

Sometimes scales end up on top of a sock on one side. Those socks are sneaky AF!

Weight fluctuations are very normal in both an improvement season or prep, the guys state the reason above.
You will also find that the fluctuations are extremely individual as some athletes drop around 3-5lbs post leg day, whereas myself I tend to go up a little post leg day due to inflammation and a little higher food on that day.
Continue to be consistent with all variable, continue to weigh yourself daily and gather more data, it may be as hilly states that you need a little more food.
Thank you. I will be more consistent and weigh myself and see what happens 🙂

Riz and Meg are right there so many variables to weight fluctuations.
Try and keep everything as consistent as possible and this way you probably won’t see them as much. Make sure your drinking enough water I know that’s hard in offseason, good sleep and good food
Thats a great point about the water 🙂

I think lots of people worry over this both in an offseason and in a prep.
Like what’s mentioned above lots of different variables can affect the weight. I do find the more consistent I am day to day the more consistent my weight is. I then find the better my routine is the better my consistency with all the above can be too.
Thanks. Thats a great point Meg. I haven’t actually been super consistent lately. Sleep has been a bit all over the place. Even though I got the hours in, it messes up my mealplan a bit, but I think I got all my calories in.

Seems to be more common to just check blood and go again if its ok.
How ever bloodwork doesnt show the entire picture so I check blood and take half the time of my previous cycle. So 20 week cycle results in a 10 week cruise before going again. ?

You are free to do as want, but imo your levels should be stable enough with 2 injections per week.
There is no need to aspirate. I used to in the best, but haven’t done so in many years.

weight will fluctuate in the off season also bud – many things can be the cause of this.
more sleep
less sleep
stress
drugs
what you trained –
i often fluctuate alot post leg day and back day cause the amount of stress i put on the body training these.
Thanks for answering. You make some good points and it’s nice to see weight fluctuating is not only something that happens to me.

I see reasoning for a very small dose used in offseason like max mentioned along with some synergy with other peds but I would also argue the same dosage or little more of npp would yield better results or even just more dht.
If you off-season properly there shouldn’t ever be a time where you are catabolic, if energy balance is taken care of and you are in a decent enough surplus with supraphysiological dose of gear you ain’t losing muscle i would argue it’s hard to actual lose it
Thanks Kuba. That makes perfect sense to me. Many are also very scared of mixing Deca or NPP with Tren as it has this negative synergy with mental sides. Also playing with the idea of running NPP with Deca as some people say it works very well.
