No , the gym shop squat machine β itβs excellent . I donβt like the v squat machine , I would rather paused squat with a barbell
Iβm sure I will need a day off at some point but Iβm fine so far ? , as I get lighter and fitter I will be able to do more and more work
Interesting. π I assume you are really in tune with your work capacity and recovery so its no problem to pull back at the right time.

I would say that the opinion that top athletes arent on drugs is a more controversial than they are not.
At this level people are doing everything for a slight advantage. Absolutely everything.

The more bjj I have done , the easier it’s been to step away from wanting to be big. After Cedric dying , I absolutely want to get as light and fit as I can , I know with test at 150 and running of some kind daily , I won’t hold onto strength so weight will just keep slowly coming off . My heart is feeling much happier with the fitness work already , but it’s still under way way way too much stress , and I refuse to let my pushing for bodybuilding stop me from living , fuck that
“Squat Machine” is the V Squat? What is your opinion on that as a replacement for BB squatting? I so afraid I will lose important overall leg development by dropping free squatting.
Impressive you can do so much work every day without rest btw. I did 5 sessions in the gym and 4 bjj classes for a while and I couldn’t do it. ?

everything is going well
training daily in some form or the other but will take a rest when needed.
nothing has changed – diet set up is the same
sessions – focussing on getting stronger
cardio stuff – focussing on getting fitter
bjj – focussing on actually learning stuff haha

I personally see no need to run tren for 20 weeks and I also see no need to run a cutting cycle for 20 weeks, No one should need 20 weeks to simply cut.
I would favour having the cycle split into 2 phases β a cut and then a controlled rebound growth phase and use the tren just during the cut focused phase.

Looks good to me without knowing anything about you. Mast for a cycle pushing for size seems a bit odd to me, but others and you might have a reasoning for it that I am not aware of. There is nothing specifically wrong without, but you will see more results from in when cutting imo.On the point of water retention, deca will not bring a lot of water retention if your diet is good imo ?
I blast and cruise and have been cycling for several years. I have used most compounds, from 1g of test/eq each, 750 test/300npp/weekly with 50mg anadrol. Honestly i have ran quite a few different cycles. With 400 Test E/400 Tren E being my more successful cycle for bulking and 300mg test 800 primo being my absolute best recomp (Primo is god tier vs Tren imo..just expensive). I do love NPP, but Deca has packed the most size the first time I used it compared to anything..but 600 Test/600 DECA gave me bad ED, so im giving it another trial with a DHT and lower test (100-300mg). I also am trying to avoid frequent pinning since I have developed some scar tissue in spots..
Im 5β9 currently 218lbs, i donβt track bf% but here are pictures. I have done P/P/L for as long as I remember, calories are currently at 3100 maintenance cause Iβm cruising 150mg Test E TRT currently.[/quote]

A lot will depend on your barbell squat set up.
I donβt squat anymore, but when I did, I was a low bar, wider stance squatter, so very hip dominant. There would therefore be a big shift to be moving to a SSB.
Some high bar, Oly style squatters would experience much less of a shift.
If you prefer SSB (which Iβm sensing) why not run with that movement, and programme in sufficient posterior work?
I tried lowbar for a while. I didn’t like it. A straight back for me feels a lot more stable since I don’t like the idea of leaning forward at all.
Yes I can and was thinking about posterior work. I allready do pretty hard hyperextension work on back days and I do some kind of SLDL or RDL variation on every leg workout as well.

Can you not rotate them week to week ?
I could ye. Thats of course a possibility. But the questions still remains valid I guess. Would my posterior chain development suffer from not running regular squats every week? And mix in SSB squats?

A friend of mine found a vial of Deca in the attic from the 90s couple of years ago.
He said it was the best cycle on deca he ever had lol.
Just to add a funny story. But make sure it looks good though.
