Hey. Just watched you train in the videos section and really impressive stuff. You seem so focused and dedicated in your training sessions and its motivating to see someone train hard. Going to read the entire log as well and learn something. Keep it up!

nah bro it’s the npp. i’m never like this, i’m a super happy extroverted vibrant energetic guy usually. 5 days into npp and everything is just dull. even my girl can tell she says i’m not the same
Allright. I was born depressed so I wouldnt tell the difference lol. But I see you are different.
Some people respond bad to certain compounds. Take it out and see what happens. You might even respond better to Tren.
NPP is PhenylPropionate so you should notice it pretty quickly if there is any improvement.

Hmm interesting. And sad of course. Depression is serious shit and I wouldnt wish it upon my worst enemy.
Have you tried NPP before? I think its important to find out if its actually the NPP and not just life treating you bad atm.

For me long esters usually starts noticing for me at around 4 to 5 weeks

I have done both the brosplits and PPL and I like them both. They aren’t really much difference to them in my opinion though as a brosplit is just triceps from push, and biceps from pull moved to a seperate armday.
I think they are both very strong splits.
As mentioned above the split that is best is usually the one that you enjoy the most. Few people have the discipline to do a split they hate, but is slightly more optimal.
Currently I enjoy a brosplit over 6 days.
Mon: Legs
Tue: Chest/Shoulders
Wed: OffThurs: Back
Fri: Arms
Sat: Legs
Sun: OffMon: Chest/Shoulders
Tuesday: Back
Wed: OffThursday: Arms
Friday: Legs
Etc etc🙂

Dave Crosland is not a fan of GH, but do recommend it at low doses.
Anyone here would say that taking 2 IU a day would have a benefit to sleep and fat loss at least?

Just out of curiousity, why not EQ or Deca? 🙂

Without being too invested into this discussion allready I would like to mention that there is a common theme in training that people spend far to much energy on thinking about the minor things, and far too little on the big picture.
Just train as hard as you can with an intelligent approach that you enjoy.
If you like back off sets then to them, if you dont, then do not.

Tor , I have been competing in lots of diff things from a very very early age , competition is natural and normal to me . Not competing is what has caused me a lot of mental anguish lol
Most BJJ competitions even in Norway get streamed online. Make sure to post links to your matches here mate 🙂
Btw, when you get to master the art of applying every fiber of your body into pressure on your opponent with your weigth and strength, I will feel very sorry for anyone in your side control lol. This is going to be very interesting indeed.

Heyy, So it all depends on your biomechanics in regards to if squatting is optimal for you from a bodybuilding standpoint. Can you squat, with a fairly upright torso position, and without too much forward lean, with good mobility and a stance that is not crazy wide. – if so then squats most likely are a very good excercise to have. It would be quite beneficial for you to post a video of you squatting so we can assess. – my next favourite leg exercise is hack squat, purely because I can alter the positioning of my feet optimally, and make it more quad focused, – without the risk of tipping over like a squat.
Thank you for taking the time to answer. It was helpful. I did manage to find a video of me squatting on IG which I DMed you there. Its a bit hard to catch the depth but I would say I am sligthly above parallell. I do struggle with depth a bit as my quads are tight.
Thats why I also like Hacks as I can go full rock bottom on those. ?
Ty!

Not much to report from me,
Bjj yday was great , same again tonight and then upper body + fitness work tmo
Week 7 lower dose , as I said this week is 200
Test + 50 primoFeeling really decent , looking at the bjj comp calendar working out when I think I can have a crack at my first one ? , exciting !
Impressed that you are allready thinking about competing. Buddies in my class that competed said your perspective on BJJ will change dramatically after your first competition so its a very useful experience.
Be interesting to see your competitive and progressive mindset you used in BB being applied BJJ. I think it will go great.

Interesting read. Would you say that squats have been a good leg builder for you? I am trying to find out how necessary it is to me you see. I like doing it, but there is so much going on technique wise especially after I finally stopped using wraps during squatting. I kinda wonder if a V Squat where I can just press is a better option for me.
And what is you favourite leg exercise after squats? 🙂

Thanks for making a destinction between cruising and TRT. Some people assume they are both the same. But they are not because they have entirely different purposes.
6 weeks of cruising between cycles seems to be what many people suggest. I wonder if this is true for long esters as well. When I stop the blasting the compounds will be in my system for another 2 weeks so in actuality the cruise is only 4 weeks. This is enough to get my system restored for a new blast? Assuming I have average capabilities to recover from cycles.

Thanks Hilly for your reply. It was helpful. 🙂

I think the minimum would be 12 weeks. Things like deca or eq would last at least 5 weeks until they really work. So 12-16 I guess would be optimal
On short esters like tren a or masteron 6-8 weeks would be enough I guess
This is not true – Drugs start working from the moment you inject them.
Cycle length is really based on
progress
Health markers
short and long term goals.
How you prefer to cycle. For myself I prefer to start of lower with clients and build up in phases. I find this better for longevity and overall progress.
16-20 weeks being the average.
I feel 8-12 is just to short however I do this with some clients based on there goals/schedule.
So if you have a show/shoot date 24 weeks away you may run a cycle 6-8 weeks with short esters in a growth phase, then cruise for 6-8 and then run the prep cycle.
you may simple run a cycle for 24 weeks starting low and building up.
There truly is no real guidelines and must be tailored per that person and what there body tells you along the way[/quote]
Thanks for answering. I think 20 weeks would be my best option and see how that goes.
Do you think the time for cruising between cycles depends on how long I would be blasting? Maybe hard to answer because it depends on bloodwork and health.
