    For a squat thats totally acceptable. Especially if you follow up with Hack Squats after where you go rock bottom I think you hit your depth requirement for that session.

    Yeah I just do what’s always worked for me. Could I have grown quicker using more frequency etc??? Maybe… maybe not… but A- my joints would have worn down more… B-That’s not how I enjoyed training…. C- I’ve always liked simplicity and my style of training negated a lot of thinking for me…
    Might sound lazy to most people these days but for me it just worked. And I’m still training 18 years on.

    I think the minimum would be 12 weeks. Things like deca or eq would last at least 5 weeks until they really work. So 12-16 I guess would be optimal

    On short esters like tren a or masteron 6-8 weeks would be enough I guess

    I have no experience with subq injections so take my input as you will of course. But I see no advantage to it over IM injections.

    Hey Sas. Thanks for logging your progress. Sorry if you have allready stated this somewhere (I missed it), but what is your training split these days? I understand that its a bit on how you feel though.

    Don’t be sorry at all bud. Although I do train on feel, my split has actually brekkie quite similar for the last 15 years since I started training more for bodybuilding. I’ve veered away to other setups a few times but it never suited me.

    Even though genetics play a part in it I like seeing people using splits and training methods that some people claim doesn’t work. For example, training a bodypart only once a week is considered by many supoptimal. You obviously had massive success with your approach which is awesome.

    If you want to bulk I see no reason why you would not just do the same stack over again as Test and Deca are the best bulking compounds there is. You could try Anadrol instead of Dbol. That would be a really good stack for bulking and still something different.

    Masteron doesn’t build a lot of muscle compared to deca. It’s more a change in hardness and vascularity. You could do Test and EQ or Test and Tren.

    Dosage depends on your experience and how you respond to sides so I can’t answer that. But the general dose of test is 300-500 gm week, 200-300mg a week on Tren. EQ you can run abit higher. In the 600 range is ok. But again, this is just general dosings. May not apply to you.

    Jordan made a video on this in the education section why you should not pin your glutes. Its aimed against competitors, but you care about the lump so I suggest you watch that video.

    Personally, I stopped pining my glutes because its impractical and an annoyance. I pin my side quads instead. Never an issue.

    Hi buddy, as long as your still progressing on this cycle and having a good break inbetween cycles and getting bloods done and eveything is in check I see no reason to change!

    If you’re still progressing off of it then there is no issues with keeping it the same Imo – only escalate dosages when progress stops

    Hi mate

    You’ve pretty much answered this for yourself in my view.

    No harm at all in having a block on the V-Squat as your squat variation. Nothing to stop you returning to barbell squat in the future.

    On Max’s point, this will largely be determined by the machine itself and your femur length. If you’re getting good depth, you’re getting good depth.

    Another alternative might be a Smith squat, or a heel elevated Smith squat.

    Some good options mate, and ultimately the movements needs to work for you.

    Thanks for answering buddy. Do you think it makes a difference if I alternate barbell or SS-Bar squatting with V Squats or is it better to do a block with only V Squats?

    I have also been thinking about knee flexion. Am I not recieving full knee flexion if my glutes are hugging my heels and my knees are hugging my chest in the bottom? I mean, my quads are fully lengthened. What more can I do? I am able to do this in a V Squat. Wish I could show with a video what I mean.

    The fact that you can’t get as deep on squat may simply be down to ankle mobility so try a wedge under heels

    Actually, I am not as bad in my ankles. Its more that I have “short” quads. If I sit down on my knees my glutes is about 3 inches above my heels even if someone push me down against my heels. This is unatural and people even laugh at me for this.

    Only thing that helps my hams hug my calves is a SS Bar Squat, deep Hack Squat, deep V Squat or Leg press with an angled footpad so my heels doesn’t lift off pad in the bottom.

    Nope not really. I tried taking some. But deeply unsatisfied how they look. Not from a being “fat” perspective. But the quality is poor and don’t show an accurate represantion at all.
